I took my ragdoll cat yesterday for a full grooming and I can’t be more happier. She looks so beautiful and smells so nice! Sarah’s friendly and you can see that she loves what she does. I can see that my cat is not traumatised as well cos I used to have a mobile pet groomer come to our house and groom Lela but it’s doesn’t work anymore cos the groomer would pin her down with her weight since Lela became bigger and stronger and Lela would be sooky and angry after. So if you’re looking for an amazing groomer for your precious felines, I highly recommend this amazing place!!

I started taking my boy Seb to Sarah earlier last year. I go every two months and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Sarah is so sweet and welcoming and I feel really safe leaving my boy with her. Seb insists on cuddling Sarah during his groom so he must feel the same way. The communication is always good and Seb smells fabulous for at least a fortnight afterwards. Thanks Sarah and team!

If we could give 10 stars we would! Our beautiful kitten went in for his first pamper session today and he was so calm and relaxed at the day spa as well as at home afterwards. Generally he is quite timid around new people but he seemed perfectly comfortable. It brings us peace knowing he was not sedated and received such great care and attention during his appointment. Now he is home looking so clean and tidy (and smelling amazing) as well as having the softest fur ever! We cannot wait to return for our future bi-monthly appointments!

Sarah fit me and my very anxious (and aggressive) kitten in last minute and got her claws trimmed with no blood drawn or sedatives given! Plus she (the kitten) is very happy with me as I 'saved her' from the groomer instead of being mad at me that I keep trying to trim her nails. So grateful!

Sarah has made my fat tip rat cat into a sleek new gentleman (but still fat) 🙂 His first ever groom so I was a bit worried about him but Sarah was so gentle and lovely with him when she first met us that I had no qualms about his appointment. So happy!

We have been taking our Himalayan for a bi-monthly groom for a bit under a year now and absolutely love the service and compassion. As someone with major anxiety about leaving my furr baby with others it’s such a relief having a kind, caring and understanding person to take care of our girl. She’s a grumpy little thing but always loves her lion cut and is like a new cat when we bring her home. We look forward to bringing our older boy in for the occasional groom as well as we know he will be in good hands!

I am beyond happy with the service at Aristocats Feline Day Spa. I run an animal rescue and I rescued my little cat who is a "munchkin" (short legged cat) from disturbing and terrible conditions. It took me 9 weeks to even be able to touch him (heavily protected) - I took him to Sarah early on to get his coat in order and help his hygiene and she did the most amazing job. She went above and beyond to ensure my little guy was okay. My little cat absolutely ADORES her and even though he is still terrified of new people I was shocked when I come to pick him up and he is sitting on Sarahs lap happy as a clam! She is amazing! She does a great job cleaning and de shedding him (he sheds A LOT) and puts "soft paw" caps on his nails every month. These have been a lifesaver as he scratches a lot of furniture when we aren't home. Running a rescue, I know how many cats are surrendered due to this behaviour so I honestly think it is a genius and applied correctly they should not have any discomfort. He can still retract his claws and carry out scratching - there is just no damage. He does not mind them at all. Thank you so much Sarah. We both absolutely love you and your service!
