Blissful, rejuvenating and so healing. On a recommendation I took a girlfriend of mine who flew in to this bath house. And we walked away with so much more than what we went in with. Thank you to Bella who was my scrub therapist, the care in which you went about your work was incredibly therapeutic and so giving. I believe all women need a moment in this beautiful place to feel papered with such cherishing actions. I look forward to returning and next time I’ll definitely add the massage on after the scrub.

Amazing!!! Best Korean bath house ever!! The body exfoliation is incredible, my skin has never been so soft and the staff is so lovely. It’s so good that It became part of my self care routine to go there at least once a month! Highly recommend!!! Thanks so much to Kim and to all the staff for doing such a fantastic job!!!

Wonderful traditional Korean massage. Simple small rooms. A good fit if you’re looking for an authentic and unpretentious scrub/spa treatment. Would return in a heartbeat

Just a wonderful rejuvenating experience. Didn’t know what to expect and though the scrub is a bit hard to take at first you soon get used to it and everything afterwards is gorgeous. My hair is the softest it has ever been. Would definitely go again.

Very disappointed with this experience. The overall cleanliness of this place on first sight was not appealing. Communal bar soaps in the shower with no options of liquid soaps.

Myself and three friends booked a treatment that included - traditional body scrub, massage and express facial.

The equipment, towels and scrubbers were not cleaned or changed between clients which is a big concern for hygiene reasons.

The products used for the massage and facial were cheap and left your skin feeling dry and irritated.

The steam room was burning hot and my friend almost burnt her hand trying to open the door with the metal handle.

The staff were lovely although this place needs a serious makeover in terms of look and hygiene practices. Will not be returning.

Fantastic treat today for me and one of my oldest friends. We treated ourselves to a relaxation package including spa, sauna, and massage. Everything wad great and totally enjoyed it.

The staff were really sweet but the spa itself was very unclean and instructions were unclear. Walls and beds in the spa area had mildew or mould stains, broken metal furniture was rusting and causing rust stains on the floor, the beds were propped up on pieces of wood which were obviously deformed by all of the water. The massage was pleasant which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 stars. The hair wash was inadequate, they put some shampoo in my hair but did not actually wash it and there was no conditioner or treatment so I had to wash my hair again when I got home. Due to the cleanliness, I will not be returning
