Absolutely fantastic!!! Went for mother's day with my mum and sister and it was so relaxing, felt so welcomed and comfortable. The scrub was lovely and my skin feels so smooth now, the hair washing was personally my favourite. All the facilities were clean and well kept. Highly recommend for a day to yourself, with your girlfriends, sisters or mothers.

I love visiting Arisoo Chatswood with my adult daughters, the treatments are amazing, the staff warm and friendly and the combination of hot spa bath, cold plunge bath and steam room really hit the mark. You have to get the body scrub, so amazing and makes you feel worth a million dollars

This place was good as they did have facilities for bigger people as well as smaller people. It was a bit hard to locate and I did love the fact that they had a dead skin body scrub but there was a lot of naked people so do people prepared for that fact. But I would have to say that the shower facilities and the hot bath was also pretty good to wish they had something similar up Newcastle Way

It was difficult to find, because it's not in 7 Help Street proper, but a really nice bloke in the employment place told me to just go down the ramp out the front and it was about 50 metres further up the street. This is a water place. I hate to think of their water rates, but I am definitely glad that they are generous with it. You will definitely be naked, but there's practically no-one there, so don't worry about it - it was just me, the receptionist, one other client, and the most marvelous super strong lady in the whole place. Lots of cameras in the public spaces. It's up on the first floor with no lift, so expect a bit of a climb. Luckily I didn't know that, or I would have missed out on a really great experience and still be carrying around an extra 1/4 lb of dead skin...
Didn't use the hot water tub, because it's up some really high steps, or the steam room, because it was too hot yesterday... The lady who SCRUBS you is super fit and strong and very nice.
I'm going to go again.

As a Korean trying Arisoo for the first time, I think it was overall an OK experience, however could have been a lot better if the owner maybe put more staff on.
There were 2 staff who were helpful and friendly who helped us around the place.
There is a cold and a hot spa, a steam room and a sauna (which was not very hot so we had to ask the staff to check if it was on, but didn't end up using it). I got two signature package which was $159, you get an additional body scrub (exfoliation) and a face & body massage. One thing I would suggest the owner is to invest in getting a receptionist at the front desk, or have enough staff working as it really ruins the experience for the customers. For example, My sister and I couldnt even get the treatment done at the same time (this was a gift for her birthday and we were looking forward to getting the experience together) I got the treatment myself first, and at one point I was laying there in my own filth for a few minutes, feeling exposed during the scrub session as the lady had to run out for a few times to attend to the customers at the front. 😒 To pay such a price and have this sort of quality of service is not very good professional or good way to do business.. I think they probably need more staff, at least on days they have many bookings for scrubbing.

I had an awesome time at the bath house! The young lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. She showed me around and explained everything. The changing room was really clean, and the hot bath was just perfect—so nice and warm! The vibe was super chill and relaxing.
I loved it and can’t wait to come back! Thanks for a great experience!

I really enjoyed my visit to this clean, comfortable little bathhouse. The staff are friendly and explain the process, and I felt welcome and well taken care of. The body scrub is vigorous and well worth it - my skin feels amazing! I had plenty of time to soak in the warm pool and also used the steam room and cold pool.
