We experienced such excellent service and wonderful food and drinks here, that we went three evenings in a row! The staff were so friendly and kind for my birthday celebration and remembered us the following nights and our table request. We had the most gorgeous view of the marina, castle hill and the sunset each evening. It’s such a lovely vibe on the rooftop and all the cocktails we had were delicious. The burgers are also really good. Highly recommend booking a balcony table for the amazing views and experiencing the fantastic ambience and drinks for yourself. Staff are super attentive and we thank them for making our ARDO stay special! 10/10 🤩

Sunset cocktails on the roof top. Vibrant covered but open air bar, also home of the hotel infinity pool available to those staying at the hotel. Friendly staff, great views.

The view was ofc amazing, but I was very much impressed by the staff/service. We took a bit time all of us gathering and deciding the menu but no one rushed us and they were all very kind.

Especially a staff/bartender named ✨Jagat✨ was a real help when I was struggling with the menu and drinks. Thanks to his help, I had a spicy coconut margarita that was divine, and the steak ciabatta was absolutely delicious.

Truly appreciate the fantastic margarita and customer service 🙂 I definitely will revisit!

On our last afternoon in Townsville we made time to jump on a bus to the Sealink terminal and walk to the nearby Ardo

The lift took us to the rooftop offering views of the city coastline and Magnetic Island, with the pool deck east of the open-space restaurant

We relaxed with reasonably-priced drinks. Then a generous serve of zucchini fries and delicious, sticky lamb ribs

Service was excellent! Next trip we'll make more time to enjoy this world-class experience

Great spot, with a beautiful view and nice atmosphere.
Food or options are pay but could contain more options for those with dietary restrictions (gluten free). Cocktails are great. Price was to be expected. Sunsets are stunning. Do recommend booking in advance, especially if it’s between Friday-Sunday around sunset.

We made a booking online a month before our visit. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see walk in customers received better seating than us. Greeter barely smiled.
Service was quick, although water arrived at our table 40 mins after we arrived, after our food and drinks had been served and consumed.
Staff who brought out our food & drinks were friendly and made eye contact.
