Very handy hotel. Located on main road. Pet friendly. Clean. Perfect for an overnight stop when travelling with a pet. Plenty of food delivery options from local business at West Wyalong. Quiet, clean with basic amenities. Great staff and easy check in and out.

We are not at the Ritz Carlton here. But you knew that already.

The rooms were quite the bed warm AC cold. Didn't hear much noise from anyone else. Pool water is cool as wrll.
Not a bad place to stay.

We used to stay here until the owner accused us of bringing a cat into the room (we did not have a cat with us) they proceeded to send a photo to us showing my partner holding my wallet and a gatorade bottle... no bloody cat! Anyway, terrible accusatory management, even asked them to come check but they insisted on claiming we were lying. Won't stay there ever again!!
Seems they wanted us to pay extra without even checking first, scammers!!!! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! showers are covered in soap scum, beds are itchy, floors are always stained and sticky, awful management. If it weren't for them accusing us of lying, I likely wouldn't have bothered with a review, but im absolutely disgusted in how we were treated at this dingy motel being regular travellers. WE WENT ACROSS THE ROAD TO MAYFAIR HOTEL AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!!!

Worst bed ever slept on,very soft and roll into middle,pillows also very soft
No active reception, although did get a txt explaining key in door and room number
Toilet in a awkward position in regards to basin.
Shower recess had a couple of visible hairs on floor prior to our use.

I booked on booking.com but then had to change dates and the hotel was very flexible and made the process easy - which booking.com didn’t, ie I/booking.com between us didn’t cancel initial booking, but there were no problems with double payment because hotel was all over it and when you ring you get a real - and very helpful person! Had my dog, and we had a great stay - I recommend!!

Motel is in extremely poor condition. |Window glass in bathroom was broken allow cold air and flies to come in|Toilet seat needed replacing|Knobs on bedside tables missing |Lights in main bedroom not working|Lights in second bedroom not working|Bathroom sink was dirty around plug hole we had to clean it before we could use the sink|Cobwebs in the bathroom|Cleaner did not have clean linen trolley she put the clean linen on the dirty chairs outside the units|Maybe travellers should give this place a miss until it is has been renovated

Travelling with Dogs can be hard & Don't normally write reviews but know they help when researching. This motel was fantastic, zero issues with having the dogs with us inside and the triple bonus - the bed was sooo comfortable and the room modern & very clean ? Would definitely recommend anyone looking for somewhere to stay when travelling with fur babies. From booking on the same day as arrival & key in door ready to just settle for the night before driving on in the morning.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL - it is awful, the pool is green and the security of the doors is unreliable. We travelled with family and were looking forward to a NYE swim - we weren’t warned about the pool. DO NOT STAY HERE
