Booked the whisky tasting class for my partner’s birthday. We attended the 12:30pm class yesterday with Rob and we both really enjoyed the class. Rob was very knowledgeable and his sense of humour made the class engaging and interesting. We learned so much about whisky in just one sitting, starting from how it’s made, the ingredients and equipments used in the distilling process, and terminology. We highly recommend Rob and this whisky class for anyone that is a whisky fan or is interested to learn about the world of whisky. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and discovered which whisky we will definitely purchase - the limited edition Red Gum Whisky is our favourite which we got to test. To top it off, we were each given a 200ml bottle of the single malt whisky to take home. After the class ended, we walked across to the bar and tried another drink from the menu which was unique and lovely. I would like to highlight how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were which made the experience extra delightful! We will definitely visit again because the gin tasting class has also caught our attention 🙂

Great to visit an Archie Rose venue after having their gin and RTDs in Melbourne. Friendly staff very passionate about what they do as you'd expect. Beautiful bar, lots of timber and natives suiting the Archie Rose style.

The cocktail I had was delicious, the best part was the laser etched ice! Something different that I haven't seen before so it's something I won't forget.

Fantastic bar to visit.
The whole vibe is spot on, from the decor to the staff, and the amazing quality of drinks!

It's not cheap, but you pay for quality. You can expect each cocktail will be unique, perfectly balanced and presented beautifully!

I also did an Aussie whisky tasting there which was really great. More than just trying some whisky, I got a full history & science lesson as well.

Their venue would be super cool to hire it for an event as well.

Beautiful selection of drinks served by lovely staff who were very knowledgeable about each offerings. The gin tasting platter was such a special experience. The venue has a cosy atmosphere and easy to spend hours sipping, eating and chatting! They were kind enough to let us pay separately which was so helpful with a large group with all of us having different orders.

Booked their distillery tour with Rob and it was an amazing experience!!!! Learned so much and had a great time tasting their spirits.
Rob was an amazing guide and is very knowledgeable about the spirit production process.

Will be bringing my parents from NZ to this tour next month, highly recommend!!!!

We had the best time at a tasting, hearing all about the origins of Archie Rose and their distilling processes. So glad to know that genuine efforts are being made to be an environmentally conscious brand. Thank you to Lindsay for his expertise and being such a warm and friendly host. Highly recommend booking in for a tasting or visit the bar before making a selection from their products!
