Arcana was a dream to work with. We used the theatre space as a location for our short film and we couldn't be happier with the experience. It had everything we needed. Ample parking, bathrooms were clean, we had so many holding spaces for make-up and the actors. Andrew was such a pleasure to work with and communicate with. We were very grateful to be able film some of our project there. Thank you for supporting local production!

My husband and I stumbled across this amazing venue for our joint b'day celebration. Great venue, food was fantastic and the flexibility of options for furniture / layout / decorations was such a bonus - we could tailor it to our style and preferences. Andrew and Joyce were easy to deal with and always available. All we had to do was turn up on the night! We, and all our guests, had a fabulous night. Would highly recommend this venue!!

The team at Arcana made sure to look after us so well for our event. Even though we had some mishaps they made sure to be really accommodating. I want to thank Andrew and Joyce for organising a wonderful event and to all the bar staff who made our night with delicious drinks. The food was wonderful too will definitely be back there!!

Thank you to the Arcana team for making our 21st birthday celebration a special evening with family and friends, and one that we will always remember with fond memories.
The planning up to the date of the event was perfect and any special requests were never too much trouble.
Bar staff on the evening, Sam and Hannah, were attentive and again, any special requests were always met with a smile. The all-inclusive bar tab, including cocktails, worked a treat too.
Thanks also to the kitchen staff as the food was great, there was plenty of it and it was served in a timely manner. A mix of platters and canapes meant that food was available throughout the evening.
The extras really added to the ambiance. The light up numbers and the balloon garland were, I have to say, spectacular. Again, they are organised by the Arcana team, set up by them, and all we had to do was turn up an hour beforehand.
We also liked the exclusivity of the venue and the availability of parking for those who chose to drive. Friends and family were impressed, and we were often asked throughout the evening how did we found this venue. Luck, but we're so thankful we did.

A Perfect Wedding Day Experience

We recently had our wedding at Arcana, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the venue manager, Andrew, was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail truly made our day extra special.

The entire day ran so smoothly thanks to the venues incredible organization and efficiency. Every part of the schedule was handled perfectly, and the transitions between events were seamless. One of the highlights for us and our guests was having Just Dance as part of the entertainment. The manager went above and beyond by setting up a large projector screen (along with awesome rigged dance lighting) so everyone could join in the fun—it was such a unique and interactive touch that brought everyone together!

Whether it was the music, food, or even the little decoration details, the venue staff took care of everything with professionalism and care, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without any stress.

If you're looking for a venue where the team goes the extra mile to ensure your event is nothing short of perfect, we highly recommend Arcana.

We had attended a baby shower at Arcana in May & loved the Garden Bar. So much so, we decided to plan our mother's 70th party at Arcana.

The Garden Bar lights up beautifully at night & gives a nice relaxed feel - something we were looking for. We had roughly 100+ guests & had been advised from the beginning that 100 would be tight.

From start to finish, Andrew, Joyce & the team were so accommodating of all our requests. Arcana covered catering, bar & recommended beautiful decor for the party, all we had to do was have our own program & rock up to the party, no setting up or packing down required.
The staff rostered on the night of our event were so helpful & assisted with all changes to service times/seating arrangements & done so swiftly.
