Went the other day for information about a foreign spa. They were happy to help and send me in you where I can find there parts I needed. Usually you get shunned for having something they didn't sell you. The gentleman went on to show us other Sousa Vargas from cheapest to dearest. Very helpful staff and very nice staff. Sure to buy a new spa eventually cheers big ears

Recently became a customer. Explained our recent issues and constant tinkering with chemicals as advised by previous business and it turns out theres nothing wrong with our water. 4 tests over 6 weeks and theres still nothing wrong with our water. Funny that, we were always having to adjust this and add that. The owner came out and inspected our pool and filtration system and we discussed everything about the months prior and the knowledgeable advise started right there. New routine established, some maintenance and gaskets replaced. We had them upgrade the pump.
They came back a few times to check on things as part of the service. They got rid of the black spot algae....and came back to check on their work again. Worth every cent. Professional, correct and honest advise given from the start. Should have gone there earlier. You get what you pay for. This time we paid experienced tradesman instead of an experienced salesman. There is a difference i assure you.
