Our stay at Aquarius Resort was fantastic. The management are awesome, they went above and beyond to find my diamond stud earring, and posted it back to me. The resort is really clean and tidy, the pool area was spotless. The rooms are spacious and very clean and have everything you could need. Location is amazing, it overlooks the beach, is a couple of hundred metres from the surfclub, and a short walk to cafes, restaurants etc. We would highly recommend a stay here and we will be back! Thank you so much! Would have given more stars if we could 🙂

Lovely modern comfortable room with a kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, sink) and full size fridge, balcony overlooking the ocean, heated pool and spa, Two TVs, both smart, Foxtel in the lounge. Undercover parking. Right across the road to the surf club. Grocery store and bottle shop nearby. Plenty of eateries and cafes. Management are nice people and very helpful.

Just had a 3 night stay at the resort. Amazing location and easy access to the beach, restaurants and Plaza. There is also a skate park across the road which was a hit with my son. Also had a decent view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and kids had fun in the games room too.
Leanne and Michael were very welcoming and we were able to check in earlier. They were also very responsive and approachable when there were a couple of issues with the apartment.
We will definitely return back.

This is an AWESOME resort, close to everything. It's clean and well equipped, beautiful views, great pool and spa. The staff are AMAZING . Thank you Leanne for going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to others. Thanks so much!

First room smelt like rubbish, 2nd room was better. Tiny rooms though so be across your square metres so you don’t get a nasty surprise. Only 2 towels per room and no pool towels. Apparently you have to pay for more towels. And milk. Bed pretty uncomfortable. Strange gap between door and door frame. Oh and the keys sometimes worked with the garage door. I don’t know how they are charging 500$ for 2 night but someone is doing well from it!

- Having to constantly Park OFF STREET as the onsite ground level hotel car parking lot is basically all Reserved to an Empty seperate restraunt (we drive a Holden Colorado Ute & struggled to park in the provided single car space allocated)
-The Main bed mattress was very Hard
-No condiments (no butter, jam, vege, salt or pepper etc) cleaning, laundry, kitchen supplies all very minimal
- Bathroom Spa bath is very noisy
- Heated pools/spa weren’t heated, temperature was freezing
- local Hotel Wifi could Not be connected (when you scan & click into the wifi link it sends you to an incorrect site & the information the front desks sends you is non existent in The Hotel Booking)
- Front Desk was as welcoming as a Cold Shower

Fab place to stay. The two of us were there for 7 nights. Leanne and Michael were very friendly and responsive to a couple of small problems in the apartment. The welcome and greetings from Bentley were an extra treat.
Location was great with amazing beach views, plenty of walks, eating options and great coffee just a short stroll away. We had views to the beach from the front balcony and views of the lake from the rear balcony.
The pool and spa were clean and provided us with a couple of lovely relaxing swims.
We were in a standard apartment and it was very comfortable for our stay. The apartment could do with an update but this was reflected in the price we paid.

The lasting impression of the Aquarius Resort is the wonderful, friendly service from the owner of the business, Michael.

I arrived at about 10 a.m. and was given an early check-in at approximately 11:30 a.m.

The room was fantastic; clean, with great views of Alexandra Headland beach.
Extremely comfortable bed. Bathroom/toilets were also exceptionally clean and spacious.
Very good air conditioning combined with ceiling fans cools you during the high humidity periods recently experienced on the Sunshine Coast.

Access to local shops; the Alex Surf Club is approximately 250 meters across the road.

Public transport is reasonably close as well. Currently, 50-cent fares in Queensland make for cheap travel

The swimming pool and spa were extremely clean.

Finally, on my last day, I was given an extra late check-out free of charge as the room was going to be vacant that night.
That's well above and beyond A-grade customer service
