I used to love this place but unfortunately the last 3 times I’ve come it has been a new lady and every time I’ve gotten my legs waxed I’ve had to finish the job at home or go elsewhere after as they’ve left half of my leg covered with missed chunks of hair. Really frustrating and it is not cheap enough for that to be excusable. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but this is now the third time that it has been completely rushed and poorly done. Have also been left with bits of wax left all over my legs. Really disappointing as the lady who used to work there did an amazing job. I will not be returning

I used to love to go there get my waxing and my nails done! I can’t remember the name of the lovely lady who is always there but I love her so much! She is doing such a great job! Always on time and always doing a great work! If I was still in Sydney I would definitively go back there again and again! She made me feel so comfortable! It’s not the prettiest place on earth BUT the service is awesome and the price are very good! Thanks x

Got my eyebrows threaded today from here. Chin Chin was so caring and took time to do my eyebrows as I did my eyebrows after 3 months due to physical illness. She listened to me what I wanted and checked with me many times while threading. Happy to find a good local threading place in Newtown!
