We were so pleased with the location of the Villa. Major shops right across the road to buy supplies. The Villas are all on ground level and parking is at the rear of the complex. Our unit was spotless and had everything that we needed. Full cooking facilites and every appliance that you can think of. Very quiet and peaceful and Friendly owners. We were so pleased with our choice of accomodation.

The hotel met most of our needs, however, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was comfortable and provided the essentials, but it felt like some details were overlooked that could have made the experience much better.||One of the most notable issues was the lack of sheer curtains. The room had large windows, which allowed plenty of natural light, but without sheer curtains, we felt exposed. Anyone outside could easily see into the room, making privacy a concern. While there were heavier curtains for the evening, during the day, we would have appreciated the option of sheer curtains to enjoy the daylight without sacrificing privacy.||Another challenge was the lighting in the room. There were only two lamps in the bedroom, which provided minimal light. The space felt dim, especially in the evening when we needed better lighting for reading or getting ready. Additional lighting or lamps in the living room would have helped brighten up the space and made it feel more inviting.||The windows themselves were also a concern. We noticed that most of the windows didn’t lock properly. While the hotel seemed to be in a safe area, this still raised security concerns, especially being on the ground floors. Ensuring that all windows can be securely locked should be a priority for the hotel’s management.||The bathroom was generally well-maintained, but the shower head was too large for the shower space. It felt awkward trying to adjust the angle, and water ended up splashing out of the shower, making a bit of a mess. A smaller or more appropriately sized shower head would have been a better fit and improved the overall showering experience.||On the positive side, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We appreciated the clean linens and the comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep.||Overall, while the hotel offered a comfortable stay, addressing these minor issues could significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

Amazing hosts Leon and Susan -friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating . Really clean room, great location! We will return!, the pool area looked very inviting and the grounds were tidy and maintained. Close to the hoey moey and right across from the plaza. Good stop if traveling through, as just off the highway.

A good value place to stay in Coffs Harbour with basic but comfortable self-contained apartments and a nice big pool. Close to shops and Park Beach.

Surprisingly good. The room was quiet and comfortable. The managers thoughtful. The grounds and facilities well kept. And price was excellent.

i stayed for a month here and I should say I was lucky that on my 1st month in Oz I get to stay here. I was very anxious when I first arrived here, but when I met Kathy i was somehow relieved. She's very pleasant and other staff always has a smile on their faces.

This place is well maintained, pool i haven't tried as I was busy during my 1 month but looked clean. Decent parking spaces. Has playroom too! Everything that u will need to survive is here from appliances to utensils, towels, even iron is here, just really felt home. I get weekly clean in my room and they are flexible as to when. Kathy once in a while messages me to check how I am and that felt good.

Shops and groceries are only about 5-7 mins walk, very convenient. Even bus stop is close to the mall and taxis.

The hospitality of Eddie and Kathy is 2nd to none. Villas are clean and well equipped - all self-contained with good AC, TV, fridge, washing machine, and comfortable beds. Older section - low-set villas with nice central gardens. New section, 2 storey 2brm villas around the pool with ACs upstairs and downstairs. One separate house type villa with more bedrooms.
Queen room and twin singles.
The pool is nice. Salt water. There are BBQs, a tired games room.
The beach is an 8min walk.
Fast food, restaurants, shops, all walking distance. Buses. Great headlands and beach walks. Coffs Jetty 15min walk over Coffs Creek.

We stay a few times a year and just love how well appointed and consistently clean the rooms and premises are. We love the location. Eddy & Kathy are always great hosts and go out of their way to make us feel welcome and safe.
