We were robbed and had $450.00 in cash stollen from my wallet, from the room! The room was cleaned that day, if you can call it cleaning! Reported it to staff as soon as I realised, not much help, just assurances that their staff and outside cleaning contractors would not do that. What No apology, no assistance from staff or manager Tazi, just a slip of a paper with an email address to send my complaint too. I was told they will investigate and call me, as we were leaving the next day. That was 3 days ago and have heard nothing back. Our trip (drive from Sydney to Brisbane) was delayed as I opted to go to the police and report the crime.
Apart from that, the place is disgustingly dirty, full of cockroaches roaming freely over everything. The fan in the room is so dirty and full of dust, that I would not put it on. I would not step into the shower without something on my feet from fear of contracting something, mould in the shower. Extremely loud, no glazing on the windows to cancel the road noise. Luckily for us, we were so tired from work, that we fell asleep in spite of it. Safe stopped working, hence the reason my handbag and wallet could not be locked up. We travel for business and leisure all the time, in Australia and overseas. This is the single worst experience of my life when it come to accommodation. Never again!

Definitely wont visit this terrible place again. First, its state that security bond can be pay by cash on Trip.com, but the reception told me they don’t accept cash, its only can be paying by credit card. She ask for my card details and CVC for record! Second, I book a double bed and king bed apartment from Trip.com, when i checked in they told me they don’t have this kind of room!

Look, I’m not asking for the Ritz, but for the price I paid, I expected at least air-conditioning in the bedroom—rather than a lonely fan pointed at a wall like it had given up on life. I also expected 95% fewer cockroaches and maybe not to be facing a main road with 24/7 traffic noise loud enough to rattle the windows.

Cleanliness? Oh, it was clean… for the cockroaches, who were thriving like they’d signed a long-term lease. Not just one or two—a whole thriving ecosystem. I half expected to see them paying rent and checking their mail. The couch was another horror story, the kind that makes you question how many bare backsides and dirty boots had used it before.

The customer service was decent… once they finally showed up to reception, which I assume operates on a casual, “when we feel like it” schedule.

The room quality was… fine, I guess? The living room air-con worked, which was great if you preferred sleeping on the couch of unknown horrors. The “fully equipped kitchen” was a loose interpretation of the term, with just enough utensils to make instant noodles, but not much else.

And the noise? Oh, it’s constant, relentless, soul-crushing. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to camp out next to a motorway, book a stay here. The main road never sleeps, and neither will you.

The atmosphere? Let’s call it “gritty crime drama”, the kind of place where you’d half expect to witness a shootout at 2 AM and a leaf blower at 5 AM.

The Wi-Fi worked well in the lounge room, but the moment I tried doom-scrolling in bed, it gave up on me—probably for my own mental health.

Overall, I wouldn’t rate this place highly, but I’ll throw in an extra star for the cockroach colony, who at least seemed to be enjoying their stay.

Final Verdict: 2 stars. One for the working air-con, one for my friendly insect roommates.

Strong smell, can you believe that the room has poor ventilation?😞also the receptionist he was busy on his phone,make me waiting more than ten minutes to listen his communication with someone on the phone! He doesn’t want service customer,no smiles no patience no explanation ☹️

Soon after check-in found the Room was stinking, filthy. There was only 1 aircon in the living room & none in the bedroom. It was a really hot day over 35 degrees Celsius & I have issues tolerating the heat so I asked them for refund.
But the management was so rude & completely dismissed me off. Clearly customer satisfaction is not important for them. Such rude businesses should go bankrupt & close down. I don’t know how can they operate a business in this day and age with such arrogance.
Please don’t stay at this place.

I made a booking through booking.com. I stayed the night there and a couple of days later I checked my credit card online and found out that I was charged $15 without any explanation. Only after I called them they said it’s parking charges which were never explained and I couldn’t find them anywhere even on the booking confirmation email. Every other charge is explained apart from parking. To me it’s a theft on the credit card because they have the details and they can get away with it. Never again apx parramatta.

This is a terrible hotel.
There was no mention of a deposit requirement.
From the moment I paid online, they kept calling me, urging me to arrive early.
When I arrived, I was told I needed to pay a $15 parking fee.
They didn’t explain anything until I paid the parking fee, and only then did they inform me about a $200 deposit.
I asked why, as there was no mention of a deposit anywhere.
They had a dismissive attitude.
I checked Google reviews and found many people complaining about their deposits being withheld and not refunded.
When we asked more questions, the front desk refused to answer.
In the end, they shut the door on us, saying they didn’t want us to check in.
The money I paid online is also non-refundable.
The hotel is very dirty and smells terrible.

The place is filthy asf, all night I was hunting bedbugs but there was no end. I recorded on my phone and showed them and they just gave me the email I can lounge my complaint. The receptionist sent the videos to whoever she was on the phone to but wasn’t putting me on the phone. They should’ be sued instead of complaining. Uploaded few photos of bedbugs and their eggs
