Always lived coming here when I was a kid. Still good today! So much grassed area for kids to run about on. Short walk from the camp grounds if you're camping. Food is always good. Great place to stop off for a drink after a dip in the lake.

This is just a great old Aussie pub. Not you typical 5 star service or meals. But it's a 5 star old school environment with great pub meals and drinks. If you go the right days they do a slow cooked BBQ smoked wings just bloody good food for a fair price.

Tables and chairs are plentiful, room for the kids to run around kick a foot ball or a ad-hoc cricket game which can make for a great afternoon.

You will need a DD to organise a airtasker to pick you up and drop you off. You can make a good day of it out here, nip down to the water for a swim or a kite surf, pop up to the pub for a meal and relax while the kids run themselves out.

The area is like how we grew up, safe, limited cars beautiful streets.

Great bbq food. Great live music. Plenty of tables. Lots of families having fun. Plenty of grass for a safe space for kids to run. Good destination for motorcycles. Plenty of parking. Everyone very chill.

We are locals and drove out for lunch today, the food was horrible. Nothing else to say just horrible. Just rubbish food out of plastic bags from the supermarket, came to us cold, how you can bugger up supermarket calamari and supermarket chips is just astonishing
