Very comfortable apartments
Well furnished clean and conveniently located in the centre of town bang opposite the main information centre and wagga theatre

Manager Jack was the highlight of our stay
He was so accommodating and very hospitable. Took care our our family really well

Good location and pretty tidy apartment. Internet service is fast and the apartment is equipped with smart tv. However the kitchen lacked cutlery. Funny enough they only provide one glass of coffee mug!

We really enjoyed this apartment. Check in was very easy and Lyn was very helpful. Location is great. The bathroom, toilet, small kitchenette & living area was good for a couple. The bedroom setup was unfortunately not so good for our circumstances but we are two seniors with some health issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Omg! This property is beautiful… the high ceilings and crown moulding, quaint little garden courtyard, on-site parking, large bedroom with extra tv, full kitchen, seperate lounge room, modern bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. Easy to find and close to everything needed- shops, cafes, parks, tourist information, the river! Great value for money and definitely only staying here when I visit Wagga Wagga again. Very happy!

We travelled as 3 adults and stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom was large with a huge king size bed. The mattress was a bit hard and probably needs updating but was still OK. The sheets were clean and good quality as were the towels. My teenage son slept on a pull out sofa bed in the lounge room of the apartment. It was what you would expect from a foam mattress sofa bed. Overall the room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful.

The accommodation is an older style single Storey domicile split in to three separate living areas. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days.
There were other persons staying in the two other separated areas of the said domicile.

Positives:

A very good room rate considering we attended for state field hockey event in 2023. when most accommodation prices increase.
Very quiet.
Great location
Service and communication from staff were great.
Had off street parking allocated to me.

Constructive Criticisms:

Needs new carpet.
Walls have some cracks.
Kitchen sink blocked.
Television is on the side of the lounge not in front, so it is inconvenient to watch the television ad you have to turn your head to the right.
Not enough blankets we were there in late May 2023,
No dinner plates.
No tea towels.
One of the downlights were blown.
I was blocked in, in my allocated car space.
Could hear the other tenants, a bit noisy.

The kitchen dining room and living all part of one room with a lounge that becomes a pull-out bed that is the second bed to sleep in, so the second pullout bed is a bit cramped.

There are more criticisms than this on a more detailed review.

Overall, I would recommend this as an accommodation option in relation to price serenity and location, but they need to address those issues that I raised.

Great 1 bedroom apartment with great space in quiet and convenient location. Clean and modern decor inside and unassuming house on the outside. Ample off-street parking.
