I was gifted cookies from your shop during my postpartum period, and I absolutely loved them! I would happily give 5 stars for the quality of the products. However, I did have a disappointing experience with customer service. There was no clear pricing or allergy information provided for the cookies, which I believe is essential for transparency.

Most importantly, one staff member spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, which took away from the otherwise positive experience. I want to emphasize that not all staff members were like this, but a little more attention to polite and respectful customer interaction would go a long way.

Thank you for offering such a wonderful bakery in the area. With improved customer service, I’m sure you'll see your ratings and feedback grow even more!

Ordered a birthday cake, pretty much got birthday cream. More cream then cake. Collapsed. Cake was dry, cream was terrible will never buy another cake again from here. So sad as they use to be awesome cakes.

Located next to Woollies inside Greenway Village Shopping Centre, Annie’s Bakery make some well filled banh mi! We ordered the regular pork and crispy roast pork today, with both rolls featuring mayo, pate, cucumber, coriander, shallot, white onions pickled carrot and daikon radish. Plenty of meat and veggies in each roll. The seasoning on the roast pork was particularly tasty, but sadly the crackling skin was not very crunchy today. On a similar note, the crust on the bread wasn’t as crispy or flakey as some other shops, but that might’ve been related to the humidity in the environment from today’s rainy weather. Overall, we were quite happy with these rolls and give them a solid 3.5/5 today. On a different day with crispier bread and better crackling, they’d easily get a 4/5.

PS: The cheese and bacon bread here is great! Some shops skimp on the amount of cheese and bacon on top, but not here!

Looking for a carb loaded treat? Then this is the place for you! Such an extensive range of cakes, cookies, tarts, slices, muffins and all manner of sugary sweets. They also have excellent pies, topped rolls, pizza breads and all kinds of bread, rolls etc. I thought the cookies were about hard and crunchy, for my taste. If you're a lover of crunchy cookies you'll like them. The flavour is great but I prefer soft baked cookies. The strawberry melting moments were amazing though. Soft and buttery and super sweet. Glorious.

I just went to buy the cookies there and asked about ingredients for the cookies as it has no labels, the girl at the counter got very angry and started talking to herself in her language.
She's also says it doesn't matter if I am not vegetarian and later when I said I need it for dietary reasons, she goes inside and shows "barley" by Google search along with a grumpy face.

All in all I went there, just because someone recommended their cookies , but she really need to learn about customer service skills and customers right. I am not sure even if you can sell anything without label.

I was waiting in line to order pork roll and the lady from the counter asked me “can I help you?” Soon as I spoke up to place my order , she started taking in her language to the girl that was standing next to her. So rude and honestly unacceptable. You should speak English and learn good customer service. Don’t be so rude when someone’s trying to take their order.
