Attended a wedding here and it was absolutely so beautiful! We had pizza for dinner, lots of different flavours to choose from and they were fresh! The ladies at the bar during the reception were absolutely so lovely and polite.

We recently had our Christmas party here! Reserving the lower area/level for 25 guests. Sampling wines a range of food options, and excellent service, all that couldn't be complained about!!

My thoughts/experience, from my time spent here....

Such a beautiful place from the time you drive up the entrance road, a beautiful structure, a feature that just blends so well with its surrounding environment.

Fully open structure with full length balcony, views uninhibited. The scenery different from every area and angle you look from!

Stepping out from the open dining room onto the large upper area of circular space of lawn, a paved area with a huge wood fire pizza oven, leads down to a large, lower more private area, (both areas can be catered for whatever your needs).

This lower area is backed by natural high banks filled with cottage style plants and native trees, providing adequate shade and places to sun yourself.

The garden sprinklers are lovely when turned on for a hot day providing more coolness especially with a breeze.

The vines are only a stone throw away, with resident chickens making an appearance, roaming through them.

Was so peaceful and relaxing taking all thoughts away, just feeling grateful for the surrounding beauty.

There is many a place to be found to escape on your own for a while, an intimate date or a group function, catch up, or celebratory occassion and more.

The menu boasted fresh seasonal ingredients for their dishes and at a very reasonable price. Was a good diverse selection alongside their so very tasty pizzas! Their pumpkin arancini was delish!

Staff were very friendly, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable in their products and given the choice to sample first.

Anything needed, was not to much for them to do!!

We had an amazing opportunity to dine at Anderson Hill Cellar Door and Restaurant on Valentine's Day.

Overall, it is safe to say that the food was beyond amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed their food and customer service. Our server for the day, Will, was very nice and welcoming. I'm sure the other customers found him to be the same thing. The small plates came out pretty quick while the big plates took longer but that's fine. Given that it was Valentine's day when we visited, it's understandable.

The views and the ambiance of this place gave some sort of relaxing aura where we found ourselves just daydreaming while staring at the vineyards, soaking the warm sun and breathing the chilly air. It was such a memorable experience.

The view is amazing and the food, once it arrived was fantastic. However we had to wait 30 minutes for any service and we had gone to the bar and ordered drinks. When we finally paid our bill we were over charged and when we questioned the total we were told ‘ I wish I could pay my staff normal rates on a Sunday’. We totally understand that but that response was totally unacceptable. A more appropriate response would have been to review the bill with the customer. In the end we were overcharged but received no apology. Disappointing attitude.

A beautiful experience, where time & life as we know it today, just momentarily stood still. The views, the food, the service, the restaurant was a wonderful mid morning experience. It was Monday , 11am, 19th June, quite a windy, cold mid morning where glorious sunshine would break through the winter clouds. The 0 series local Pinot was beautiful with my sirloin steak. A beautiful refreshing pear & walnut salad sang to our palates. The host Seth was very professional, warm & genuine with excellent local background information on the wines, food and winery. Dessert produced from local apples concluded the brunch beautifully with a quality cappuccino. I'll be back with my wife, family and friends. Highly recommended. Another wonderful winery & restaurant right in our beautiful backyard.

I was really looking forward to dining and while the scenery was absolutely beautiful and created a lovely atmosphere, the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was far below expectations, with both the chef and the server displaying unwelcoming behavior. It left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a guest. Great food and beautiful surroundings are important, but so is creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, which was completely missing during my visit. I hope the management takes steps to improve the attitude and hospitality of the staff, as this experience has made me hesitant to return.

The fungi wood fired pizza was hands down the pick of the food ordered today, closely followed by the gin cured salmon and oh the wine was pretty good as well. Plenty of tables inside and outside. Parking, views of vines and friendly happy staff. Love the dogs walking about the customers, so well behaved.
