Absolutely 5 out of 5 |We arrived very tired and were greeted with coffee/ tea and a wonderful home cooked by David, date loaf. |We were very surprised at the quality of the private apartment for our over night stay as exhausted travellers. |Comfort, cleanliness and privacy, which was topped off with a great cooked breakfast in the morning. |Wonderful hosts who made us very welcome

We stayed at Andavine House in early June and thought it a delightful overnight stay. The suite was beautifully presented, large and warm, very clean and with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The service from Anne was exceptional and the breakfast was a wonderful treat. We hope to stay for longer next time.

A large space brimming with old world charm. |Suite consists of a good sized bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. Lots of storage space and double doors out onto a balcony.|The lounge/dining was generous with 2 very comfortable 2 seater lounges, a small dining setting, flat screen tv and double doors once again out onto a balcony with sweeping rural views. Breakfast was served on the balcony as we took in the fabulous 180 degree views of gardens and sweeping grasslands.|The bathroom was modern and very spacious. Twin sinks, a toilet, a bath with a shower overhead. |There is a variety of tea/coffee making facilities as well as a large fridge and a microwave.|The suite is full of charming extras and it's unlikely you could need anything that wasn't in a drawer somewhere.|Anne and David were delightful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them.|This would definitely be my choice for accommodation in the area in the future.

ANDAVINE HOUSE - Bed & Breakfast - GRAFTON||We are more than happy to write a 5 Star review for Andavine House in Grafton having stayed there for an overnight stay earlier this month. Anne & David were delightful hosts & nothing was too much trouble to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We had our own private bedroom, bathroom, lounge & dining area with a balcony to enjoy as well. A really comfortable bed ensured we slept really well. The fact that our dog was welcomed was a bonus too. Everything that we could possibly want was thought of & I am sure if we did need something out of the ordinary, Anne would have provided it. Nothing was too much trouble & the tariff was really reasonable. We will definitely be booking with Andavine again.

Ann and David are perfect hosts in a fantastic setting. My wife and I stayed at Andavine House in March of 2023. We had decided on a whim to drive down to Grafton for a night, just to get away and have a "mini holiday" somewhere fairly close by (we live in Lismore, NSW, about two hours' drive from Grafton).||We were greeted warmly by Anne and David, who are both wonderful hosts. Anne chatted to us for a while, showed us where everything is in the place, told us how to contact her if we needed anything and then left us to our own devices.||The way Andavine House is set out, guests get the entire back half of the house, which consists of a cozy bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a large living room and a spacious deck, with a table and plenty of chairs to lounge around on. The living room is equipped with a TV and also a fair amount of movies on DVD, as well as a few books. There are more books on a shelf on the deck, if you desire to just sit and read a little (personally, I got lost for an hour or so in a great big hardcover book about The Beatles).||The fridge has milk, juice and bread, and there is an ample amount of breakfast cereals for the morning. We had a great time just sitting on the deck and looking out across the fields (see photos). The situation is very quiet and peaceful, and the bed is very comfortable. There is another TV in the bedroom, and the drawers in there are all painted like suitcases and baggage, with cheery bright colours (see photo), which we thought was a great original touch.||All facilities are clean as a whistle and everything is maintained with great care and attention to detail. The price of our one-night stay was very reasonable. We would stay at Andavine House again in a heartbeat, and feel very confident in recommending this great B&B to any travellers passing through Grafton.

Ann and David were wonderful hosts and very helpful. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, especially the mattress and pillows. It was lovely to sit on the deck and look out over the paddocks. We felt like we were miles from anywhere but we were conveniently located to the amenities of Grafton.

We had a very comfortable stay at Andevine House B&B. Hosts Anne and David provided every possible amenity as well as advice about where to dine etc. The rooms are spacious with a nice view from the back deck. My priorities, the bed and the shower were excellent. The bed comfortable and the shower hot.|If you are in Grafton it’s a nice place to stay.
