Hey, my the rooms are filthy,I know cause used to help the manager clean, 😉, price rediclilous for what you get, and manager simply rude ungrateful, not be trusted, make sure you get a receipt 🙂👍

Terribly run down, full of homeless and down in luck residents.|No BBQs no Cooking facilities, no children’s playground, towel badly stained. Mattress very badly stacked Ned and covered in mildew, and turned upside down with pillow top to the bottom, leaving a very hard base of mattress to sleep on.|I now have back troubles after sleeping on this tor a week. Asked for a change of mattress fell on deaf ears of the Chinese manager.|Would not recommend staying here

Septic tank broke in the 'backyard' of our room and we begged for it to be fixed because that's a safety hazard especially with newborns around but the property manager didn't do anything until our caseworker asked her about it, and then proceeded to lie and said we hadn't notified her when we had evidence that we had asked. Also, cockroach infested, those little guys lived and bred in our microwave and there wasn't an oven! So we were not eating well! Don't go here, I beg. I wouldn't be here if I had a choice.

I wish I could make this play lower then one star! Let me get started

Human waste outside alot of it then was put in the rubbish bin by owner

Substance abuse in just about everyone there I witnessed this with my own eyes

Owner asks you to pay cash sometimes and gives no receipts

Owner will just walk into your room without knocking uses the spare key to get in

Mold in rooms broken lights and fans carpet stinks German cockaroaches no up keep to rooms

Get zapped in the shower and they tell me not to worry they did not even report it or care

This place is a complete dump I have no idea how the f it is still allowed to be open due to hygiene reasons

Windows don't close and when told about it they said don't touch them they are broken

Some air-conditioning systems have rust and massive holes all over them and don't work

Dodgy power points that can and will zap you

Old And moldy mattresses

THIS IS JUST THE START OF WHATS WRONG WITH THUS DUMP!!!!

Great location, the only thing it does have.
Upon arrival, the manager told my husband, 'No pool,' That it was being cleaned because, "Too many children had been swimming in there."?
Our room was questionable, dark & dingy. At least the sheets were clean. (I think). The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned before, and the carpet looked like it was in desperate need of a vacuum.

Checked in last night walked in and walked back out again. Charged $139 for a 1-night standard room, and very ordinary is what was presented. Maintenance was clearly lacking. Issues closing the door, one window wouldn't lock, the shower head was in an unusable state, Shower Curtin hadn't been changed in years. Peeling paint on the headboard on the bed and walls. Photos online show bright vibrant rooms yet its dark and run down. We have stayed in better $75 budget accommodation, better options available as we went up the road and for an extra $20 found a modern King room

The only good thing about this place is that it is pet friendly and the location is close to everything. My kids and I woke up with sore throats every morning - not sure if it was the mould, the mites or the dust. My son found a dead cockroach in his bed and there were many more running around. I cleaned the carpet myself with my own vacuum and i filled the barrel almost daily with dirt. It was putrid. No blankets provided but to be safe, we went over the road to K Mart and bought our own. Mouldy shower and shower curtin. Broken window panes and blinds in the kitchen area and some very questionable characters staying there full time. The owner was on and off. One minute she was nice, next she was really horrible. The washing lines are nothing more than ropes attached between the fence and the building and there's only one washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel. The tennis court net is broken. The pool was ok but the questionable characters lived in rooms overlooking the pool so I didn't feel right about having my kids swim in there as they would sit out the front of the rooms and watch. Most of the air conditioners leaked so there were buckets everywhere filled with grimy water. The restaurant on the website is dishevelled and full of dust and cobwebs. Everywhere we looked was dust and dirt. We only stayed there because we had no where else available.
