Anahata Therapies is hands down the best massage in Sydney. Jana is truly a master of her craft. Not only is her technique and skill evident in the care she puts into the massage, but the atmosphere is designed so you fall deep into relaxation. I've seen Jana for two prenantal massages, each time walking out the door feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. This is my favourite place in Sydney to spoil myself. Jana, who owns Anahata Therapies exudes the most warm and caring energy and infuses it into her treatments. I always walk away feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated. I've been for many massages around Sydney (especially pregnancy massages) and none compare to Anahata Therapies. They are doing something truly special! Highly highly recommend

This was the best massage I've ever had. She was such a beautiful person, and I can't thank her enough for her time. She makes sure to look at your health entirely, and piece everything together to make sure you get the best treatment possible for your individual needs. If I could give Jana 6 stars I would.
