A delightful 3 bedroom cottage including breakfast food - bacon, eggs, cereal, bead, milk. yoghurt. etc. Very comfy, and very quiet. Spacious areas for all rooms. Kitchen really nice. Log fire, which I'm sure would be very welcome in Winter. Washing machine, which we used on arrival. |The only thing we didn't like were the steps at both back & front doors. The front ones are not very safe. Really needs better steps, with a rail or better still would be a ramp & rail. If using any walking aids or a wheel chair, would have difficulty. Inside the house all one level.|Otherwise recommend, and would return if in the area.

When you walk in, this place has charm and is detailed in a careful and welcoming way. Relatively new but reflecting a bygone era. Lots of attention to detail, lots of features, lots of comfort. Well located in the small hamlet of Auburn.||Well done to the caring owners.

Very comfortable, peaceful and great location, just steps from a beautiful local park. The owner and staff went out of their way to help me retrieve a belonging I had left behind. Will definitely be staying here again when next visiting.

We stayed at Anya’s for four nights. It’s in a fabulous location and the owners think of everything. Each bed has an electric blanket and extra pillows if needed. Plenty of towels, full sized shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom along with body wash. A lovely carafe of tawny for us to sample as well.

You have to stay here. I am one fussy woman and can’t begin to describe what a welcome sight this was. From the fire and accessories, the local produce for breakfast, juice and every amenity you could need. The bedding is Devine and so nice and warm. You can tell from the moment you walk in how much the house keeper values their work and how much the owner values their property.This property can’t be beat. 💫🫶🏻🌼

What an amazing spot. Set on a quiet street with a few other county B&B's , just a short stroll to the main street over the creek and winery at the end of the street. Lots of families walking around and just has that chilled out feel. The house was perfect and well set up for a weekend holiday. Definitely recommend.

Cosy, welcoming cottage only a 3 minute walk on to the main street of Auburn and a great base for day trips to all of the quirky towns (and wineries) in the Clare Valley.
Comfy beds, log fire, personal touches, full kitchen and generous breakfast supplies.
Good value for money too.

Lovely apartment a stones throw from the main street of Auburn. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay and even has cooking facilities. Sitting on the porch or in the garden with a wine was perfect. Our fur baby had fun too. We'll be back!
