Apartment was only $99.00 but very basic as far as size -- old furniture - nothing matching -- not a good feel to the place -- we had to fill in about 3 1/2 hours from Church to Reception so it was not a pleasant place to be in for those few hours. Perhaps if it was just putting our head down for the night it might be o.k. Fridge was very good. Under sliding door in ensuite/bathroom there was dirt that had been there a long time - we chose not to shower there. Only stayed overnight for a wedding so location was excellent for our purposes, but will definitely pay $150 to $200 if we have to stay in the Sydney suburbs again.

travelled for a wedding, suited our budget, only 10mins from our venue ( closer to venue prices were 5x what we paid). 5mins walk to shopping centre and a pub just round corner Not the Ritz and was not expecting that, more for somewhere to sleep not spend days sitting in the room. Basic, beds a little hard but bedding was clean and the shower (water pressure) could rival top motels even better than some. A lick of paint, tidy up and makeover this place would be great. Very quiet location and would stay again......ps left large amount of money and passport in room by mistake on checkout, picked up next day, very happy 🙂

Pictures are deceiving and only stay if it is absolutely necessary.

Absolutely disgusting. We paid for a smoke free deluxe room to find out when we got there that the room stank of smoke, the furniture was dirty and we didn't even bother trying to sit on the beds and the place definitely isn't child friendly whatsoever.

We left and ended up finding another motel to stay as I refused to have my 4m old sleep in a place like that.

We have also requested a refund on our money and waiting to be contacted back.

We have and I have been always staying at this motel for over 4 years.I see the reviews the last one has never stayed at motel.I know they issues with booking software which was out of their control like major banks these things occur.The service from front reception is second to none.The motel is 2 star not 5 star.The prices are $79.00 per night with a room that you can live in for months. Im here with a major communicating company there is ten of us staying 4th visit in 4 years.Yes its old but the rooms are clean yes it will a refurbish one day but the prices will go much higher. The rooms are excellent for the pricing linen is fresh. Don't book here if you think its five star you drams queens.Shops clubs everything is close go to the city and stay and whinge there we dont want you here.The place is always 95 per cent full why would it be if was so bad.

This is all we could get for accommodation near a job. The motel is very old (circa 60's 70's) as are the rooms. Took the full amont from my credit card upon booking (not just a couple of nights for a deposit). The rooms are VERY basic, we were promised a kitchen. Which in actual fact is a sink, a very small bench, a microwave and a large hole where a stove once lived. Room service was rare, (up to 9 days at one stage) but the staff were extremely helpful, and did offer a refund on the unused nights. Unfortunately, there was no other accommodation available at such short notice due to the Easter show. I would strongly recommend a room inspection!

Cheap & nasty, not even worth a one star rating. Solid, old & dated yes, but the place is unloved, run down, broken and in decay with cheap budget plaster fixes/repairs. No shower door, no vanity or kitchen cupboard doors. Dirty/loud as air conditioner only in the bedroom. Apartments are not serviced, you have to go get clean towels & empty rubbish bins. Our apartment was dirty/dusty. You can feel the mattress springs. Everything about this place is cheap & nasty. Owners moan about the place and moan when you complain. The owners have let the place run down & don't seem to care about keeping the place clean at the very least. Suggest the owners sell it as they don't seem to care about providing customer service or a decent accommodation business. Worst place my family have ever stayed in. Staff are moody (friendly & then not friendly) when you ask for assistance (eg clean towels etc). Will not return. Although its cheap...its nasty!

Filthy & squalid! Bathroom shower had no door, no shampoo. Vanity had door missing, & the other or didn't close. Sink chipped. Mould in kitchen & carpet in bedroom. My pillowcase had stain on it. Doors chipped & missing in kitchen, and thick grease & burn marks under kitchen cupboards. Paint peeling everywhere & carpet was thick with dust. Toilet brush in toilet had something nasty growing on it.....my sisters room smelt like it had 20 ashtrays had been left in there. My sister & husband are non smokers & it made them feel ill, went to reception but there were no rooms left so they had to stay in it much to their disgust. There was mould in their bathroom & the door was rotten. We were attending a beautiful wedding & had no choice but to stay as everywhere else was booked. Don't stay there if you have any standards!

Room, lines, towels reeked of cigarette smoke. One guest couldn't sleep from scratching all night due to his bed (fleas?). Spoke to the office day prior to our arrival to arrange an iron be available in our room which didn't happen, and Reception don't answer the phone or return calls after 1pm so we had to wear crinkled clothes.||We all woke up with terrible headaches after breathing in the nicotine all night. ||Have cancelled the second night's accommodation and I expect a full refund (Att: AMG).
