This is a stellar bnb experience from the minute you arrive. The property is gorgeous and well kept with a stunning view of the Huon River and surrounding countryside. The animals are adorable - goats, chickens, sheep and horses from the place next door. Cyndie is a welcoming host, phenomenal cook and prolific gardener - most of the fruit and veggies come from her garden. Try her In the Jar preserves - my favorites are zucchini relish and pickled broad beans. We had dinner (need to book in advance) - roast chicken with pan roasted vegetables - amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed with crisp cotton sheets and spacious bathrooms. The lounge area has a pool table, puzzles, vintage record player & homemade snacks for a fun evening in. Breakfast was also beautiful - fresh fruit cup, home-made muesli and granola, farm-fresh eggs perfectly poached on avocado toast and every kind of coffee and tea you could want. We stay here every year and love every minute of our time there.

We had a wonderful time, Cyndie is a lovely person and was very accommodating with all our needs including beautiful home cooked meals and car transfers. The room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. The views are spectacular , highly recommended, could not fault the attention to detail. Would definitely stay again when next in Tasmania.

Look no further!! My 2 night stay was just what the doctor ordered. As a Hobart local needing a much deserved break and only an hour away, I'm so grateful to Cyndie for everything she provided. An immaculately kept, renovated, beautiful home in a stunning location with incredible views and rambling gardens, even a few sheep and goats to add to the vista. Delicious breakfasts and a fully stocked guest kitchen including a bottomless cafe quality coffee machine. Dinners were a treat too and highly recommended, what a great cook! It rained all weekend and I couldn't have cared less, it was perfect. I relaxed so much in front of the fire and finally read a book I've had all year...bliss. I could have stayed a week. For me, it was pure luxury.||Thank you Cyndie, I'll definitely return and recommend Ambience to anyone I know.

A very scenic location with an appropriate name because it really does provide relaxing ambience. This B & B is just beautiful where the residence, location and the great host excel. Lovely grounds for meandering and we even got to nurse a baby goat. Cyndie is a great cook who makes her guests feel very welcome. We would really love to visit again one day.

Family of four and we took two rooms - both were delightful. The breakfasts were wonderful - Cyndie's chooks brilliant yellow scrambled eggs. Cyndie has lots of local knowledge that helped us plan our three days in the Huon Valley. My daughters loved the animals, especially the goats. Fun family evenings in the comfortable guest area teaching the girls to play pool. I wish we could stay longer.|Thank you Cyndie

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful B&B, and truly felt like we were welcome guests in a friends' home. The surrounding scenery was stunning and the house itself was beautifully appointed with attention to detail - little touches like proper coat hangers, a nightlight in the bathroom, tea and coffee(plus cake and biscuits) available at any time, a fridge for our own food and wine, books and games available...I could go on. We had pre-ordered dinner for the first night, and it was absolutely delicious. Cyndie's local knowledge was a huge help to us in planning our daily activities. If ever we return to this beautiful area, we shall definitely stay here again. Thank you, Cyndie, for making our stay so memorable.

We originally stayed at the B&B 4 years ago and decided to revisit as we absolutely loved the place. It is a hosted B&B meaning you can have cooked breakfast or continental if preferred. We were so well looked after from the beautiful rooms, to the
best food, Cyndi is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble for her. She cooks amazing food as well.
The property and the views are absolutely gorgeous very quiet and peaceful. There is a large vegie garden, goats, chooks and lovely garden surroundings. . We hope we can return again one day soon. Thankyou for looking after us so well.

Cyndie has created the perfect luxurious escape in paradise. Ambience on Huon is everything you could hope for and more. Comfortable beds, large rooms, the most beautiful sunsets and a sense of intimacy.
One underrated aspect is her cooking. I want to visit again just to have her carefully crafted breakfasts and dinners!
