Spacious, clean and comfortable room with parking included. Price was affordable. Service was excellent and they allowed an early check in. Location was central and convenient.

This was my second stay in just over a month and was a bit disappointed.
The room, this time, while clean, looked tired. In particular the bathroom where a towel rack had obviously come off the wall and no attempt had been made to patch or repaint.

We booked a number of rooms to accommodate guests who had come from UK for our son’s wedding |The hotel ensured we all had rooms together around the pool ensuring we all had a very sociable time particularly for breakfast (which was very impressive) on our patio areas|We all had a great time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating -felt really sad to leave

Beautiful motel close to the centre of town. The room was perfect and the facilities awesome. The pool was fantastic! Easy check in/check out. We had a wonderful time at Ambassordor on Ruthven!

Great place to stay in Toowoomba. We went for the flower carnival. Close to the centre. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in was easy. Room had a microwave and sufficient supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits as well

Parking is undercover, but parking is pretty tight for larger vehicles. Not a big fan of the rooms. Although the bathroom was quite large there was no where really to place your toiletries. And the showers had poor pressure.
The beds were soft, but so much so that you sunk into the middle of the bed. Also the pillows were quite pumped up which is not to my personal preference, as it created neck and back strain. It was a pretty average stay, may be to others liking just not my own. They could maybe put a bit of money back into the rooms.

Advised by locals to stay here. Welcome not the best as lady was gruff. Breakfast offered in our room but declined & told only time slot to eat dinner in their restraint was 5:30pm.||Stayed in room 8, one queen & one single which worked out well as traveled with a friend. Room was spotless, linen fresh & not a crease in sight, bed very comfortable, towels adequate, bathroom very clean & smelt of disinfectant (which I found reassuring). ||Not noisy at night, reverse cycle worked well & easy check out in the morning

In photos online, hotel appears well maintained externally, with nicely manicured garden and their reviews seem good, so I booked a single night stay. Reception girl had no personality whatsoever. Rooms are barely surface clean and the bathroom especially is dilapidated, mouldy and HAS NOT been cleaned between bookings. There was human hair, including pubic hair, visible in the shower and behind bathroom door. I felt sick to my stomach and had to clean the shower before using it. Bathroom cabinet doors are damaged and rotting and mould is in numerous places. The icing on the cake was the loud mouthed bogan and his wife in the room next to us, who stood outside our bedroom door repeatedly smoking, with the odour coming under the door and into our room. Coffee mugs and plates were dirty and clearly housekeeping doesn’t check them between guests. I had to wash them before using them. I’m sick of paying good money for products and services not fit for purpose. It’s very common now. I run three of my own businesses and I never have, never would compromise my reputation by serving up such sub standard garbage to my customers or guests. Considered eating in the restaurant here, but the menu was unappetising and very overpriced and there were no kids meal options offered. Won’t be back.
