DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed in the bungalow (bedroom downstairs with mini kitchen and bathroom) absolutely filthy. It hasn't been cleaned in months, I work in the business so I know what l'm looking at. Bugs, spiders and scorpions on the floors. Dust and PUBIC hair all
around the toilet floor. Splatters on the mirror, no roilet roll holder, no towel rail, only get 2 towels and they didnt even match, no face washers and random bottles in the shower. No hair dryer. Shower leaks and has mold, not cleaned! Kitchen OMG food splatters and greasy
finger marks on every cupboard. No tea towel to dry anything up. Odd crockery. Oven disgusting, cook top hard spills ontop. Hair and crumbs INSIDE the draws. Dust all over the window sils,
thick cobwebs hanging inside. No tissues, extra toilet rolls, no complementary milk, or chocolates/cookies like it said. There was only 1 chair in the room, like what!? The bed head is so thick of dust it's gross. The sheets also had
marks on them you'd think they'd toss them out and get a different set, or iron the pillow cases! Also, the heat pump is BROKEN you turn it on and it closes back up and flashes (indicating error) all of this was mentioned with A LOT of
photos, no apology, no offer to fix anything, was ignored for hours, refund mentioned but has since NOT REPLIED! Cigarette butts in pot plats, a condom wrapper and other rubbish in the
gardens that arent maintained. The driveway is STEEP do not drive up it you will regret your decision. I do not recommend, there wasn't even
2 tv in any of the rooms not even upstairs in the shared areas. The wifi doesnt work. Oh yes if you didn't read the information properly, this is a SHARED GUEST HOUSE. So other people will be staying in the
rooms upstairs if booked. And shock horror- all towels and bedding are stored in the garage, tossed on the floor!! Sheets hanging up to cover the view of that didn't work it's just
disappointing and disgraceful.

A real let down. Accomodation description is very misleading. I do feel ripped off. Let's start. Towels are nothing like the advertisement. No tea towel or cleaning cloth in the kitchen, no TV, no clock radio and bathroom soap is a low cost Coles pump. No toilet roll holder or bathroom towel holders or even a hand towel. No bed table lamps, no washing machine and the kitchen fridge has been relocated into the bed/couch area. Furnishing is old and no cushions as shown in the online pictures, also indoor plants are dead. The place needs a lot of love and work. The gardens are not maintained and full of rubbish. Be warned if you decide to stay.

Place is cheap and close to the city with a decent view.
Super steep driveway to get up and a few things are slightly damaged (doorhandles, etc) but it seems to be recently renovated and is quite clean and doesn't feel old.
It is a shared facilities building with 5 bedrooms with individual locks.

Pros - Great views, Great location.

Cons - need a defibrillator on hand to access the place, Very steep driveway, foot access only, up many steep steps.
Missing many basic amenities, no TV, no radio, no tea spoons, Rubbish bin full.
No rubbish bin bags. Bed broken with many makeshift repairs.

Great views and the rooms were clean. I'll be honest if I read the reviews I probably would have gone elsewhere, but that's on me. The very steep stairs to the front of the house aren't great for people with mobility issues. Maybe a mention of that for the people paying good money to use the facilities. Check the street view before you stay and don't like stairs. The onsite parking is street parking, which is OK because it's in a dead end street. They mention on a couple of emails to call if you have any problems or questions and give you a number to call. I rang to see if I could get the same room for the night prior as I got to Hobart early I am still waiting for the return call. Lucky I didn't have any issues getting into the house. No air conditioning on a hot Hobart day and no flyscreens to leave the sliding door open in my room. I only stayed one night and that was enough.

A great facility with amazing views. The cleanliness needs to be improved. . . The kitchen area was great and reasonably well equipped. Very easy to access Hobart and waterfront. Due to a very steep driveway, people with mobility issues would have problems.

Beautiful place to stay veiw is amazing and the room is great size for two. People the hill up is very steep but very thankful for the time we had here as our flight was cancelled

It is false advertising. It is not clean. The keys were not working properly in the rooms leaving us hours to sort out the problem to open the rooms. Customer service was very poor and just decided to help us when I said that I would call the police. Also was filthy and unclean inside the bathrooms. Was a surprise to know that when they say shared bathroom means that you are sharing with many different guests inside the same house. The only thing is true is the view. Never coming back.
