Lovely beach front hotel! Extremely friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Excellent food and lovely beach access. A really good experience. It is only a 3* but the services are pretty close to 5*. I would recommend for a coastal holiday on a budget. You get a 5* experience for a 3* price 🙂 The Beach Boys here are all ‘registered’ and very friendly and helpful. They organize excursions away from the hotel so you can really rack up your itinerary!

It was a big disappointment. The staff were lacking in customer service and seemed demotivated.
The food was plain and there was nothing exciting on the menu. The kids lacked something to eat especially at lunch time.
The pool is large and spacious but needs to be cleaned regularly.
The rooms were large, the bed was small and we did not have hot water. Housekeeping did a terrible job and we had to look for towels and water bottles several times.
They had activities listed on the board but they did not materialise especially for the children.
There did not seem to be a management team in sight.

The facilities are great. The food is also good. It's a relaxing place to be. The animators were also very friendly and the kids enjoyed themselves. I could have given 5 stars if the TV in the room was working and was clear. Apart from that, I enjoyed my experience

Nice hotel. The hotel is already older, therefore the rooms and bathrooms look used. However the room is clean. The food is good but nothing really special. If you have all inclusive you do not get anything to drink before eleven, expect at breakfast. However I would expect that they always provide at least water. The beach and the pool is very nice!

Calm, simple place with friendly helpful staff, polite rooms, a lovely vegetarian menu and a great swimming pool. The gym and spa were great too. Loved the beach in the mornings... the beach boys though annoying,
sometimes proved to be helpful. The animations were great but too short. Loved my stay.

They have wonderful space, architecture and good use of space. Rooms are good.

They need work on their food and customer service. Supper slow and understaffed especially during lunch and dinner. Menu is a little limited.

The fish, chicken and fries in the beach bar was excellent. Delightful.

It a great venue staff are really friendly. Make sure you get plenty of cash before you arrive. Cashiers aren't allowed to give you cash off your card, and the management steal any tips left on the room. The surrounding villages and local people really make it though. Truly beautiful. Don't be afraid to leave the compound.
