I recently experienced the 3-hour indulgence package at Alysium Spa, Hilton Sydney as a birthday gift and it was pure luxury from start to finish. The body scrub, massage, and facial were incredibly luxurious, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and totally pampered.

The spa’s atmosphere is serene and the staff ensures every detail is taken care of. As a bonus, you get full access to Hilton’s facilities, including a 25m indoor pool, saunas, jacuzzi, and gym—perfect for unwinding before or after your treatment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge in a little luxury and relaxation in the heart of Sydney!

Very very disappointed. Firstly, the spa is situated inside fitness first. The looks is so random. For the price I paid I expected getting a more luxurious environment. Secondly, the lady at the reception was not welcoming. There was no initiative or smile. When I arrived she didn’t greet me and left me sitting there by myself, until i initiated a conversation with her. Thirdly, the lady who massaged me called Emma, her touch was too soft and I already told her TWICE I would like stronger strength. Also, her movement was clumsy and rough, making a lot of noise(moving the chair, putting stuffs down, dropping stuff on the floor etc.) during the treatment. I couldn’t sleep and relax at all! And the facial, she didn’t massage my face, her touch was not professional at all! I just can’t believe this spa is from a five star hotel. This was the worst spa experience I ever had. Do not recommend!

I booked a couples package for my husband and I for an early Xmas present. It was an hour full body massage & an hour facial. Alfonso on reception was so friendly & welcoming. The lovely beauty therapists worked there magic. We totally loved our 2 hours of bliss. Well worth the money & the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely go back. I recommend going after a morning of shopping in the city as your feet will thank you. We also had afternoon tea upstairs in the Hilton Hotel after our wonderful spa experience

We had a lovely time at this well being place’ it should be called a spa because the spa facility’s is actually next door at the fitness first gym with spa, steam and jacuzzi and pool but sharing with with there customers and lighting is super bright not the normal spa setting lights dimmed and slight music on. That’s one reason it lost a star from us…

The massage itself we have body brush and Swedish massage with oil and it was amazing great pressure and felt so good I was that relaxed I fell asleep for little… my mate who was pregnant said her massage was also amazing suited for her. The only feedback I had was that the massage girls was walking around the room a lot which I’m guess is to get more oil, me being a massage therapist as well I have a small oil pump with me as I always say you should never release touch of the customer when doing massage, they also sometimes left the room during massage. Getting the small oil pump will minimise walking around and leaving customer. That’s another reason they lost a star..

We had major issues with parking in the Hilton there receptionist in the morning said that they will sort parking out which means they would have give us a day pass, once we parked up and checked in they said it was $60 for the 4 hrs haha what a joke! We asked to leave parking and booked the parking next door at Wilson’s where it was half the price. $30

OK want to preface this with I give 5 stars for the massage, it was the best one of my life and the masseuse was incredibly professional, and made me and my mum feel so well looked after and relaxed. However, this spa was really strange. It's part of the hilton, but as soon as you get down there, the atmosphere becomes very.... gym and cheap. It's attached to a fitness first, so the hot tub, pool, steam, and sauna are all owned by fitness first, even though it's part of the hotel. We also had to wait 20 minutes or more at the hilton reception to be taken to the spa, and we weren't offered any water on arrival. The changing rooms were gym changing rooms, and the bathroom/showers were really not cute. It really wasn't giving luxury, and considering we paid $400 for the experience, it was a bit disappointing.

I came here yesterday for the first time. I'm a visitor to Sydney and wanted to kill time indoors whilst treating myself to something nice. So a men's facial was the choice. This was my first facial in Australia. I've had one more prior to that in Thailand. It was a great experience. Lovely staff with good customer service. The facial was for 1 hour and felt quite comprehensive and relaxing. I almost fell asleep multiple times throughout, LOL. All up a good experience.

They are located inside the Hilton Hotel building and therefore to get there you need to go inside the Hilton Hotel and then call them upon arrival. Recommended to book in advance but I was a walk in which they accommodated very quickly.

Alysium is the best Day Spa in Sydney hands down. Not only are the treatments incredible, the staff offer top notch customer service. Highly recommend!
