Hotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay!

What can I say this place is awsome. The most helpful and friendly staff ever. They go above and beyond for people who stay. The disability room is stayed in was perfect. Soft bed and everything was in arms reach i highly recommend this place. These Guys are Awsome. Beautiful place to stay. 5 stars 🌟 all the way.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Alpha Mosaic for making my partner’s birthday weekend so special. She was thrilled to be upgraded to a beautiful room – such a thoughtful touch that really made the celebration extra memorable.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making their guests feel special. The room was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed, plus the location is perfect for exploring Fortitude Valley.

This was the first time we stayed as a family and it was brilliant. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was very spacious and had all we needed for a week away with the kids. Every time I stay at Alpha Mosaic it is an enjoyable stay. Staff are always friendly & helpful, the rooms are always very clean and the location is great - not right in the city but close enough for a stroll down to the city and surrounds.

All the hotel staff were very kind and nice. Cleaning and furniture like bed and table were also absolute. Especially at night the cozy mood in our room made us full relax and peaceful sleep. Street near hotel is also safe and clean so we never felt any nervous. We could deeply enjoy accommodation for long time.

Had to book a different hotel and cancel my booking with these guys as the woman at reception was so rude, it was super expensive and they refused to discuss any early check in options (i would have paid extra) and told me to just get ready for my event in their lobby bathroom... 🙁

Room was so filthy, I didn’t think a hotel like this would think black mould in the shower is ok or the bed not having fresh sheets & the couch having 2-3 years worth of food, rubbish and crumbs all through it ?

I showed photos to the girl on down stairs of how filthy it was on check out & emailed them to her. (Wish I could attach to this bad review)

Such a shame because the location and staff were so nice…
