2 room villas - wonderfully modern, yet homely beach cabins, fantastic for get aways with family & friends.
Self contained.
Great amount of crockery & comfortable furniture.
Bright coastal themed staging suiting the short direct stroll to the beach.
Great amount of cooling both ac units and fans in each room.
Good blinds & a sky light for a light and lovely feeling of space in the cabin.

We’ve had an incredible time, brought our fave foods, enjoyed swims, drives & even some home baked cake & entertained another family whilst enjoying a few days away.

Fabulous beach shacks with everything you need. Very clean and tidy. We stayed for 5 nights and only ate out once. We cooked on the bbq and prepared our own meals for breakfast and dinner. Private and quiet we were more than happy to lounge around. Perfectly located to beaches, restaurants and 4WD tracks. We didn’t use the pool or café but plenty of other people did. We will certainly go back with our adult children and grandchildren.

When this resort was being built, the construction team (from Hutchinsons) referred to the project as “the Dog Boxes”. That would have been over 20 years ago, but the name still fits. Having to spend a single night, solo, at Point Lookout — and with the Stradbroke Hotel full — I reluctantly booked a dog box for the night.||It was worse, much worse, than I expected.||First, it was as hot as the hobs of Hades. Sun beating down all day on a tin roof. No air conditioning. A single ceiling fan, to rotate the hot air, but positioned with careful precision to provide no relief to the bed. And a cool breeze, through windows also carefully positioned to avoid offering any relief to the bed, but very convenient for the swarms of insects which took advantage of any chance to enter.||Then there was the constant noise of untrimmed boughs and branches, constantly beating against the roof and walls, a cacophony ranging from dull thuds to sudden artillery shots and explosive impacts.||I was not even going to mention the Third World bathroom facilities, which might have been ‘cutting edge’ a quarter of a century ago, but have lost whatever glamour they might once have had as the salt air has eaten away at the cheap plumbing fittings.||Literally, I got no sleep whatsoever. By 5.00 am, I had packed my bag and driven to Dunwich, determined to catch the earliest barge back to civilisation.

The name says it all “Allure” Allure Stradbroke Resort offers all you need at North Stradbroke Island comfortable and open plan room accommodations with modern bedding and furnishings. We are cast members of #Adventure All Stars staying here whilst filming! On-site amenities include, swimming pool, cafe with the beach directly across the road only a 2 minute stroll. Local beach front restaurant/pub is also within walking distance. It’s peaceful and you are amongst nature….what more could you need….😎⛱️

We spent the weekend away at Allure with 17 family and friends in two villas. Excellent location on Stradbroke; walking distance to the pub.
The villas were very comfortable, well appointed kitchens and bbq on the deck. The main bedroom and ensuite in villa 48 was awesome.
The bathroom with the two bedrooms needed an update; otherwise everything was great.

Fabulous as ever! We have stayed many times over the years. Each room is slightly different but have met the needs for a base for our large family to stay. Well situated with beach straight across the road and pool onsite- a hit with the kids. The villas are a great self contained option and makes for an affordable holiday. Staff always helpful and friendly. We’ll be back.

Great place to stay, central to everything we wanted to see and friendly staff.
We were there for a wedding and housed a large group of us in the beach shacks and larger house, we even stayed for an extra night.
Little disappointed that we weren't told there would be renovations at the time we were there but they have offered us a discount on our next stay so it made up for it.

We also had friends in the disability access room that we give 10/10 for accessibility and super wheelchair friendly with very spacious bathroom that was very well thought out.

Over all loved it 5 stars ✨
