Well I arrive for appointments at least 30mins early, so I checked into the front counter for my podiatrist appointment at 11.20am, yes I was early. The young lady behind the counter said "is it John" and I said yes and went to sit down. Time passed and everyone had been seen by their doctors and it was now 11.50 so I had been there the better part of an hour when I went to the counter and asked how much longer was it going to be. The girl went to check with the doctor and came back to state my appointment was for the 28th March not February. I enter appointments at the time they are made and confirm with staff to ensure it is right. So why did no one tell me when I arrived instead of my wasting an hour there....poor service...I am thinking of cancelling out

Overall ok but your GP go on holidays without telling you that they will be on holidays. what kinda duty of care this is? Called Friday and no appointments available until Tuesday. Have to explain everything to the new GP before my GP come back from holidays. didnt knew we have shortage of Doctors in Australia And the main GP Doc Nicholas Stephens doesn't take any new patients but why?

Very good GP. Been going here for 6 months and am very pleased with the service. Receptionist is really friendly and wait time is usually only 10 mins if they're busy. Next door to a QMC pathology too, which is handy.

Rudest doctor ive ever met. Sees multiple patients at once and you have to go BACK into the waiting room to wait for him to be finished seeing them even tho its ur appointment. He rushes too much and does NOT listen at all
