I stayed here for three weeks in December. It was absolutely fabulous. It was so so clean, central to shops and restaurants and the rooms were a fabulous size. The staff there were totally outstanding. They were so kind, generous, friendly and looked after the guests like they were family. If I could give it ten stars I would. Really enjoyed our recent long stay at Aligned! The staff are so friendly and attentive. There is gym access and they also provided a shuttle service to and from the accommodation during set hours. Only thing needing improvement is the low water pressure. Recommended stay!

One of the best places to stay in Mackay - the rooms are well looked after/ maintained and the service is always friendly.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom studio for 2 weeks. My impressions:|Clean, neat, tidy, no odours.|Useful kitchenette with 2 saucepans, chopping board and decent knife, kitchen tools.|Useful wardrobe with shelves and clothes hangers. Also ironing board and iron.|Safe provided for valuables.|2 bath towels, face washers, 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel.|Ants in the kitchen (bench) and bed intermittently.|Mini bar fridge with a tiny freezer compartment. Fridge freezes contents even on lowest setting.|Internet very slow most times, sometimes websites won’t even load.|Noisy outside due to aircon units, but good sound proofing- reasonably quiet once windows are closed.|Good blockout curtains, although bright light comes through under the gap of the front door (from corridor).|My room- bright, sunny, warm on cold winter’s day.|Corridors are quiet. I don’t see or hear other residents.|Level 2 has rooftop garden- concrete area with tables, BBQ, chairs and umbrella shade.|Good undercover parking, easy access. Close to shops and amenities, cafes.|Not much street noise at all, including at night and on weekends.

If you are looking for a place that you can cook and also do laundry, this should be the one.

They upgraded me for a 2 bedders and 2 bathrooms, when i only travelled solo.

The view was great and its near local shops and restaurants.

Internet speed was very stable for working and gaming.
