Alice on Todd Apartments - The Gap, Northern Territory

Not at all with the service. I am a remote teacher. I came in on the weekend in a Toyota Hiace Mini bus. I asked the receptionist where could I park. Her response was down there if the carports are available well park outside.|So park out side Gate 4.|I wake up at 6am to go to the bus amd find bus windows back and front smashed. I was angry. If the was a car park I would not have been in that situation.|1. Iron was broken and not working asked the learner for new one when I arrived home it still wasn't swapped out.|2. Showehead needed to be cleaned it was cloggy and water didn't flow out probably.|3m Air-conditioning is in wrong place it goes right onto the kitchen. The coolness doesn't even come far to the bed leaves you sweating at night time because they have no fans.|4. WORST PART OF ALL....|For the entry into the apartments you have to produce a code. You have to get out of the car and go to the right of the car to place in the pin. If you are slow or have trouble getting into a Toyota Hiace like I did well too bad too sad the gates just shut on you....no happy at all.|What's more disappointing Alice on Todd took no responsibility of my bus being smashed even though it was on the footpath. I had to stay till Monday to fix the bus. How kind of them to offer a $30 discount...what an absolute joke.|So to everyone thinking of staying there ..THINK AGAIN|5 Last thing the outside area next our apartment is dirty and uncared for.

The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was very hot in Alice during our stay but our apartment had aircon in every room so the heat was not an issue.|The staff were all very friendly and helpful. |We would definitely stay there again when we. Is it Alice Springs again.

We were recommended this accommodation option, by a tour guide, so took the advice. Check in was the worst experience I’ve ever had, had booked four rooms- asked a question of receptionist regarding which rooms, which way… usual questions and answers upon checking in. Was told very abruptly it’s all in the envelopes… So we had to find our own way and own rooms…
The rooms… we were told weren’t pet friendly, (which we liked) , rooms were very pet friendly, even down to concrete floors, ripped fly screens from paws, dog slobber on glass doors and outdoor area which was meant to be for entertaining, was a dog run.
Shower was blocked up, the water ran around the bathroom and toilet and towards bedroom..,
Would never stay here again, plenty more other options available in Alice Springs

The walls are a little thin & not nouse proof do can hear the neighbouring apartment clearly especially when using shower etc & bthrm fan. |Also staff had drinks & bbq outside the apartment till late so noise drifted up & table/chairs blocking apartment access the next day. Stairwell very dark & needs light on even during the day & stairs badly creak. Gate locked during the day. Nest of some sort inside front doorway & bottom of shower walls need repair |Pool towels not replaced daily & pool full of leaves all the time giving neglected air

Tired decor, uncomfortable bed, rude staff, noisy location, poorly cleaned and unkept grounds. Bed was easily the worst bed I have experienced. It groaned and squealled whenever either partner moved. Pool was obviously a health hazzard

Very underwhelmed
First apartment we had was obviously set up for dogs. Some people want dog friendly accomodation we do not. Screens on the so called patio were ripped and glass doors covered in dog slobber.
We paid for deluxe room but clearly was not. Reception staff were less than friendly and any request appeared to be a problem
Do yourself a favor dont stay here

Accomodation was amazing, pet friendly is a lie on line when booking it as they only had the one room available for pet friendly… couldn’t even make an arrangement to help us out with the pup who was a sausage dog 5 months old who didn’t leave her basket only to go to the toilet that was it … if your booking on line for a pet friendly room ring the accomodation first and see … other then that we had to cancel our accommodation that we paid for $900 for the 3 night didn’t get the money back as they wouldn’t let us have the pup in the room …

We had room 119. The best apartment I have ever been too. It felt like home with all setup. For once I could leave my kid and do my work on the laptop. Both of them (kid and son) were running around. He had his play corner. The kitchen is perfect and they had washing machine in laundry. Good idea to put them in the dishwasher area. I didn't had to go anywhere. Fridge big size I did shopping for two days stay. Didn't had the car so having a kitchen and fridge saved a lot.

The ventilation and air container were working and we had to turn them off as became too cold. We went to reception and was allowed to leave the dog as long as he doesn't make noise
Just need to do grocery shopping. When we came back newnie was fast asleep next to the sofa on his bed.

Thanks Todd we had a great time and we could invite my friend to say hi. Good parking.
