We stayed in room 213. The room was so clean & the beds were super comfortable. The exceptional service from the hotel accommodation staff was fabulous, even the housekeeping staff were so nice. A big shout out to Saskia at reception. She is the nicest, most friendliest person I have come across in a long time & is an asset to the company.

Stay clear from the 'out of the smoker' specials.
Had the brisket recently, it was so dry and tough like eating beef jerky. Not that i was surprised as i asked about the smoker few weeks back and someone said it hardly ever gets used. Most meals were have here are ok and it's turned into a nice spot. I would have mentioned this to a waiter but they only come to your table to slap the food down.

We had a family reunion there recently 70 people attended, the staff were amazing and made us feel extremely welcome. One staff member in particular her name was Sheryl. She went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after thank you Sheryl ,we had a few family members book rooms at stay the night myself included. The rooms were very clean. Beds extremely comfortable would definitely book our family reunion there again.

The hotel is very bad. There are no disposable slippers and toothbrushes, and there is not even mineral water in the refrigerator. A deposit of 200 yuan is charged. When I checked out, I smoked a cigarette in the room, and the 200 yuan deposit was deducted. There is no obvious sign. Is this how the hotel cheats the customer's deposit?

I recently celebrated my 21st birthday in the function room at the Alexandra Hills Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, and they catered wonderfully to all dietary requirements, ensuring everyone was looked after. The staff were amazing—constantly checking in and offering help throughout the night. A huge shoutout to Craig and Shayla, who went above and beyond to save the day multiple times and made everything run smoothly. The ladies in the bar were also so lovely and added to the great atmosphere. Thank you for helping make my birthday such a memorable and stress-free experience. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough for special events 🙂

AMAZING food. The servers were super nice and friendly. Free kids icecream was DELICIOUS, everything was. Without exaggeration this is the BEST restaurant. (No I didn't get paid to say this). Friendlest workers EVRER.

Staff stood around chatting for over an hour . Had to reorder 2 out of 4 meals 4 times then had to go get it myself. Cocktails where amazingly bad . Dirty dishes weren't cleaned away from our table and we sat for 2 hrs watch the staff do nothing .

Unfortunately I have never had a restaurant bork up orders over and over and over again. Even as we sit here today. Steaks come out well done. Ordered medium. Staff seem to be space cadets and wander around wondering what they are to do next. Clean place. Food is good when they get it right. Running out of chances to give this place unfortunately. Will travel further for lunch next time. Sorry.
