Great place to stay with everything you need. Really enjoyed our one night here. Book early, I tried to rebook for future date 7 weeks ahead and was booked out.

This is a basic, budget property as reflected in the price. ||However we were surprised at the standard of cleaning which was very poor. Kitchen counter had food scraps, dust everywhere, walls badly scuffed and generally grotty. The outdoor area was grim and dirty and looked like a prison. Light in bathroom had no shade and exposed fittings. No bedside table or lamps in the second bedroom. Very basic linen and very thin towels. Shampoo had already been used. ||What was really awful though was that cleaning staff knocked on our door and then barged in (it was open a crack) at 9.30am saying they were ready to clean the room and when were we leaving. Checkout is 10am. We pay for the room until that time. Such an invasion of privacy and incredibly rude. Knock on the door after 10am if you must, but not before. ||I had previously stayed at this place about 12 years ago and it was nice. I don’t think much has been done to it since then. It’s very run down and grubby now.

It was like a little home! The kids loved it I enjoyed staying there it was great.

Great value for money in the centre of Bundaberg. Had a group of 6 up for a tourist drive and got a 3-bedroom apartment. The place was spacious, well lit, had separate AC in each room and came with all the basics you'd need.

The staff contacted me the day before to confirm our booking and go over check-in and were able to accommodate after hours check-in and early check out with no complaints. Very easy process,

Not up to expectations. Extremely loud constant noise from the unit next door. Being two story, sitting down stairs trying to watch tv and the running, banging, slamming noises were constant! Aircon in one of the bedrooms up stairs was so loud, rattles and noisy it could not be used. Beds are very hard. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Only a two seater couch in the lounge room so anyone else has no comfortable seat, only dining chairs. Floors in the bathroom upstairs weren’t cleaned well with hair and pieces of soap wrappers on the floor. Parking in garage is extremely small, not easy for medium sized car to park. Definitely not large car. Cockroaches and dirty floors. Guest book is way out of date. Would not come back.

Garage suitable for a very small car.
Unit was lovely and very clean.
We were unaware (unfortunately) that the bedrooms were upstairs, so was daunting getting up there due to having pain with arthritis. A sister who booked it didn't realize this.
