Located in Menora, Western Australia, Alexander Park Craft House is a popular event venue that has gained recognition for its spacious facilities and hospitable atmosphere. With a focus on supporting local artisans, Alexander Park Craft House regularly hosts events such as the Spinners and Weavers gathering, which provides attendees with the opportunity to connect with local artisans and learn about various techniques and materials used in crafting.

While the venue boasts a large hall, some visitors have noted the need for upgrades to improve comfort during different seasons. The lack of air-conditioning can make the venue uncomfortably warm during summer and cold in winter. Additionally, the need for new toilets and other amenities has been acknowledged, though these improvements may be considered costly to implement.

On a positive note, the kitchen at Alexander Park Craft House is well-maintained, and the toilets, though not new, are functional. The venue is also wheelchair accessible, with parking and entrance facilities designed to accommodate those with mobility needs.

Overall, Alexander Park Craft House offers a unique and inviting space for events, supported by a community of local artisans and craft enthusiasts. Its location, wheelchair accessibility, and ability to accommodate special events make it a valuable asset to the region. With ongoing efforts to enhance the venue's facilities, Alexander Park Craft House is well-positioned to continue providing a welcoming environment for the local community and visitors alike.

I went to the Spinners and Weavers event held at this hall venue and it was fab to discover all the good things like felt, corriedale wool, linen and hemp spun yarn and the opportunity to take classes and connect with these lovely artisans.

It's a large hall built some years ago now, cold in winter and hot in summer as there's no air-conditioning. Work is being done on some things to upgrade it but the things that need doing are likely to expensive to do like new toilets and the air-con. The kitchen is good and at least the toilets are functional even if they aren't new.
