What an amazing stay... such a beautiful location. Private and picturesque, surrounded by wildlife. Cottage was perfectly presented and outdoor bath an amazing touch. The perfect romantic and relaxing getaway...Highly recomended.. Well be back.

What a gorgeous cottage! Hand-feeding the ducks & parrots whilst my girlfriend relaxed in the outdoor bubble bath (wine in hand) it was a perfect afternoon.
The host was communicative 24/7 and it was the little things that impressed us most, the fresh sourdough on the bench, the birdseed, the fairy lights in the evening, the warmth of the cottage, the gardens that surrounded us as the birds whistled and the little creek flowed.
We’ve been inspired to move to the hills.

We loved our time at this stunning place! It is located in such a peaceful, scenic setting overlooking the Aldgate Creek. The wood heater was burning when we arrived, so the cottage was lovely and warm. The outdoor bath is amazing (even on chilly nights) and we enjoyed sitting on the deck relaxing and just watching the birds and possums come and go. We could get quite close to them at times too. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast each morning as plentiful supplies were left for us to cook ourselves. It rained while we were there, so it was interesting to see the creek flow higher and faster than when we arrived. We loved wandering through the gardens and finding hidden and interesting objects. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and we wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return again one day.

We went last year in May and it was lovely. Lovely cosy little cottage with a toasty wood fire. Was nice to get away for a few days. Host is lovely and has great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay! 🙂

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for our anniversary. What an amazing little gem this place is! The cozy accommodation, the wildlife and the serenity make it impossible not to relax.

This is our second 2 night stay at this beautiful, secluded cottage.||We were so excited to see that an outdoor bath had been added since our last visit.||That is where I spent a whole afternoon! This has been tastefully done & it feels as though you are part of a tropical rain forest.||Everything about this place screams tranquillity, serenity, relaxation & nurture.||Vanessa is the best kind of host. Attentive to detail but not intrusive.||I like to try out different places but this is becoming a home from home & I am sure we will visit again.

Absolutely stunning place to stay!! We loved everything: the bath, breakfast, beautifully set up cottage, the nature, the creek, name it!! It’s so tranquil and sexy!!! Had the best time!!! Will highly recommend it!! No wander it’s booked out!! Vanessa is an amazing host!! Thank you!|I wish we could stay longer!! |At least 2-3 nights highly recommended!!!

We stayed up here recently just to get away for a quiet weekend from the kids, being only 15 minutes from the city this may be something that we can do semi regularly. The location was gorgeous, the cottage was comfortable, and the local birds kept us company whenever we decided to hang outside. Highly recommended!
