Hotel Review: Excellent Service, Clean Facilities, and Great for Groups

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 9 people and I have to say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service was consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, the staff went out of their way to ensure that our group felt welcomed and comfortable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Our rooms were spotless.
Breakfast was included and we were more than satisfied.

1 Night stay. Upstairs Queen Room

Booking made direct by the website, cheaper than the booking sites. Check-in was quick and seamless.

Limited parking outside rooms, large off street parking around the back, which was also full later on in the night.

No vacancy left, however you wouldn’t be able to tell. Appeared to be quite a few families but it was still Quiet over night and couldn’t hear any traffic noise either.

Bathroom was standard, but Shower was nice and hot.

Bed was firm and comfortable. Room was large. Everything was clean. Did notice that one of the bedside lights didn’t work, and the internet did struggle with streaming using the large tv in room but for an overnight stay, this was not something that was a huge issue.

Everything we needed was within 10 minute drive. Friends in Wodonga and Albury was abuzz around dinner time with lots of eateries.

By 8 the next morning, about quarter of the cars gone, hadn’t heard anyone leave.

Was perfect for our needs, Would stay again.

Comfy bed, clean room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. For being so close to a busy road, the room is quiet and comfortable. Only a short walk to the city centre too

Extremely good customer service. If I remember correctly, the person on the reception was Joey he was very supportive even though booking.com miscommunicated our booking details to the property, but he did everything so that our request can be taken care.
I will definitely make future booking directly with the property

I found myself at this hotel after an unexpected issue with my Qantas flight, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Despite my late arrival, after 11 pm, the manager greeted us promptly with a warm smile, immediately making us feel welcome. Several of us hadn't had the chance to eat, and he went above and beyond to arrange something for us to eat for both dinner and breakfast, turning what could have been a frustrating night into a truly memorable one. His kindness and thoughtful gestures truly made all the difference.

My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest after a long, stressful journey.

Older style motel with updated rooms. Clean and tidy, small table, no couch in our room. Basic kitchenette. Restaurant closed for renovations but plenty of options within a short drive. Nice park across the road but noisy due to main road and a central parking area with cars arriving and leaving during night. Dealt with 1 staff member who was friendly and competent. Perfectly good place to stay, just not great.

This hotel hasn't had a review for over ten months and I can't work out why at the moment. Check in was quick and customer service was good. Room was typical outback town room nothing wrong. Onsite parking short walk to two pubs and multiple restaurants restaurant on site still closed at the moment but not sure about one review I read we found two great places to eat and drink within short distance plus other hotels in the area have restraurants also within walking distance. On site parking can't complain
