Highly recommend Albert Palais as a wedding venue. It is a beautiful venue that supported and executed our vision perfectly. Kieren from Albert Palais was a pleasure to deal with as was Michelle from Elegancy catering who went above & beyond to ensure our day was a success for us & over 250 guests. Event runsheet, food, drinks, decorations, installations, venue set up & communication was all perfect. Thank you to the team at Albert Palais for being so amazing!

Albert Palais Events function centre is a beautiful function centre perfect for all family celebrations & special events. We've attended a few weddings which the staff were very hospitable & nothing was too much trouble. Great quality food menu & selection of drinks. Recommended.

Elias and the team at Albert Palais were absolutely amazing!!!! Before our wedding the team made sure our wedding was well coordinated. The food was delicious and the venue was beautiful!!! From the massive dance floor, band stage, bar, open foyer, gorgeous crystal back drop this venue was flawless! Highly recommend Albert Palais!!!

Was there for a family friends wedding, great looking venue however the wait staff were actually really terrible & hoped it didn’t ruin the wedding.
When the food was being served, they missed 2 guests & had to be reminded, dessert was served & again they missed one of the guests & what was odd was everybody had a plate of the dessert in front of them except for one person & the wait staff walked right by them holding 2 dessert plates, looked at the table & walked off.
We had to remind them that they had missed a person. We constantly had to ask them to refill the drinks which isn’t a big deal but I’m sure they have weddings on at this venue every weekend so it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for them to check if drinks need refilling. All in all the venue was nice but the service was a big miss.

Do not book your wedding here! The venue is absolutely beautiful but the owners do not take this venue as their priority.
Our event coordinator changed multiple times with no proper handover of what we had agreed upon. There was a point in time where the sale was going through that we could not even get through to anyone to confirm that our booking and deposit was still valid and on the night the wait staff were not attentive to our guests.

We had our wedding at the Albert Palais in March and I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere. The place is beautiful but the owner/co-ordinator Avi was useless. At our first meeting we had Lina and she was amazing but after she left we had another person co-ordinating and then she also left so we were stuck with Avi. I had to chase up EVERYTHING and over several emails and phone calls that didn’t get answered for days/weeks. Every meeting we had was rushed and it made me forget a lot of things that I wanted to go through with Avi about getting the place set up how we wanted. On the night he was no where to be seen every issue we had we had to get the waiter or the MC to help us. On the night there were a lot of errors including immediate family being put on the wrong table in the far back corner, music was way too loud and after asking for it to be turned down multiple times nothing was done so our guests spent most of the night outside, wishing well and cake table set up incorrectly, light up letters set up directly behind our cake table, our guest book was given to the photo booth guys so we don’t have a guest book and many more things. I sent an email after the night to make a complaint but Avi didn’t even bother to reply I guess they have our money know so who cares that they ruined our night. Stay away, find another place that actually cares that this is your special day and will do what you ask to make it the best it can be, I was nothing but stressed organising our wedding at the Albert Palais.
