A very comfortable, clean & spacious apartment in an extremely convenient location.
The pool area is beautiful & well kept.
We've stayed in both a 3 & 2 bedroom apartment and have loved both.
Stocked with all the kitchen essentials, smart TV, terrific air con, great toiletries & has a fabulous view from the higher levels.
We have truly enjoyed our stays & will definitely be back.

Lovely staff, great hotel with a lovely pool that we enjoyed. Location was also very good. We had the pool access room which was sooo convenient! We also had a lovely Christmas gift and card on arrival, which was very nice. We'd love to visit again!

We, 2 couples, arrived Sunday evening. Great superior penthouse. Fantastic first impressions. However, soon we noticed a few things that should have been addressed a long time before our arrival. The main one, the deck ceiling which is peeling badly. The body corporate need to fix this urgently. It is a fire hazard. We had heavy rain yesterday morning. The deck was unusable.
One of the frying pans supplied does not work on the stove. Induction? The big electric pan was great. We used it a lot.
The main couch has stains and the doona/sheet and blanket cover on one of the single beds had yellow stains which you don't expect to see in a top quality/accommodation of this calibre.
This is meant to be a constructive criticism. We definitely feel the management need to address those issues prior to your next rental

This is a very nice self-service apartment. So spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could need. Comfy lounge with massive TV, super well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer.... what else could you possibly need?||The staff were friendly but do note that the reception is only staffed at certain hours, so do let them know beforehand if you arrive later I'm the day. ||There is a button outside to swipe your card to get in after hours.||The staff are connected to tour providers so can arrange this for you if you need.||Location is good and a short walk to the marina. Parking included too.||A very nice stay.

We had a great week away in Hervey Bay with three kids. Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, we booked a whale watching tour through reception absolutely no fuss and good advice. Even though it was mid winter our kids swam every day and I enjoyed the hot spa! Great boat club short walk away at the marina with meals and cinema, easy walk to Urangan pier.

Nice location, close to the Boat Club which served nice food and drink.|We had a penthouse which was large and a good size for a family of 5. The room however was not clean and It is in need a thorough clean and paint.|We didn’t use the pool so cannot comment on that.|You get two parking spaces but these were narrow and we couldn’t use our spots when we returned back the second evening as the car parked next to us was too far over ( yes not hotels fault but spaces are narrow when most vehicles seem to be 4WD).|Fire alarm was going off on our floor on our second night intermittently waking up our whole family.
