Review for Airport Hotel Sydney:

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My experience was beyond disappointing. The unit had black mold, and when I raised the issue with management, they tried to cover it up by painting over it instead of addressing the health hazard. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a new room.

Housekeeping? Nonexistent. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly, showing no concern for guest well-being.

Save your money and find a place that values cleanliness and customer service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Super cute and convenient hotel to stay one night around the airport!
Maggie was really lovely!
Room is extremely cute and hot hot shower, comfy bed! I had planned to get up early but decided to sleep in a bit!
Super fast wifi too which was really convenient.

No parking available on site. Lucky to find on street parking. Very busy roads on two sides. Room was quiet from street noise but not very sound proof between rooms. Ear plugs are provided with the tea and coffee.

Since Agoda wouldn't actually post my review, I guess I'll post it here. Stayed here for one night and the first thing that I could see was the previous visitor's two wine bottles and a bin that looked like it contained vomit. Similar vomit looking stains on the sink and red wine stains on the sheets, meaning the sheets were most definitely not changed. If you can put up with the horrific noises that persist long through the night and the dirtiness, then I guess it's fine for a one nighter. But to be quite honest I'd probably pay what I paid, to not have to stay there. Gross. A hostel would be infinitely better.

This hotel room has to be the best value for money I have had in a long time. Bed was so comfortable and everything in the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay on the way to the airport.|Great shower and water came hot immediately.

If you can avoid this hotel, do. We had a late check in, and they sent the procedure through very late even though I gave plenty of notice as I was stressed we wouldnt get it in time and be stranded. Then we got a room up all the stairs with our luggage and right at the back. Rooms are very small and we only got one small pillow each so wasn’t that comfortable, we then got woken up at 6am with loud construction bangs that sounded like it was in the room with us. |Just bad from start to finish- I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, spend an extra $50 and get a nicer one and better sleep!

The absolute worst hotel, the rooms are tiny, claustrophobic! Your “window” doesn’t look outside. Our first room “window” looked into a creepy storage closet with an aircon louder than the planes outside. After a disagreement at reception we got a new room. Still no outside window. This time at least the aircon wasn’t a turbo jet.. the sink was all taped together, the shower leaked an the mould smell was overbearing. It’s strange tho. The lobby is fancy whilst the rooms are complete opposites. Don’t put yourself through the misery it’s not worth saving a few cents.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Under $30 for a taxi to domestic terminal or a short train ride

Needed a bed and roof near the airport so it served its purpose in that regard. Room was microscopically small. Fridge so small we couldn't get one little leftovers box into it. The worst problem by far was black mold in the bathroom and the doorframe rotting from shower water damage. Black mold is terrible stuff. It was noisy as there is zero buffer between the bed and the hallway and the same for the room to Princes Hwy. The plumbing from the room above ours was noisy as well. There was another hotel about 10 minute walk away on Princes Hwy where we ate (the only option) and I wish we'd stayed there.
