Very noisy, the road & other guest's slamming doors all day and night, children screaming up & down the hallways plus dogs swimming in the pool. I had been accused by staff on more than one occasion of having other people staying here & that I would be thrown out when my uncle came to bring me some cleaning products, not to talk to other guests who invented me to their room that I was being watched on the cameras & even interrogated about my sexuality, I was even called a liar by staff !.. Oh & there's big COCKROACHES ! 🪳

this was by far the best stay of the 5 months i was there. i would stay again. the manager (tammy) was so sweet towards us kids and our family. when we first moved there it was the best. the room was spotless and ive never seen a cleaner room. they did an inspection every 1/2 months and would give 48 hour notice. i took this place for granted. the owners loved our dog there was a lovely lady . her husband ian was so kind too. i kinda broke the dryer one time and he didnt care he laughed about it!!. the kids there were nice BUT there was one kid but thats not the motels fault. i was there for housing and ive never wanted to go back to a place more then anything. i miss it there. i wish i could go back

IN THE LINE UP OF MOTELS IT IS EASY TO CONFUSE ONE OF THE OTHERS AS PART OF THIS COMPLEX BUT DON'T BE MISLEAD...
THIS MOTEL MAY NOT BE LIKE THE LARGER MOTELS BUT IT HAS A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE..
THE ROOMS, THOUGH COMPACT ARE CLEAN AND TIDY, WITH MOST ROOMS HAVING A BALCONY.
DON'T FEEL LIKE LEAVING THE PREMISES FOR DINNER, ALL GOOD THEIR IS A BRILLIANT RESISTANT ON PREMISES..

Shocker!! This comes close to my worst hotel stay. The photo of the carpet in the passage attached for reference. The room smells (actually stinks). Room and furniture outdated and in need of renovation. Aircon remote screen blank, reported, received sms next day that aircon works and remote cannot be replaced. I invite management to go and smell the room where I stayed, and provide feedback.

Really disappointed in room cleanliness. Bed was neat and clean but general room was below average. Microwave was sitting on a desk. When moved for purpose to use the desk had clearly hardly been cleaned. Surface was dirty and grotty. Very limited odd cutlery and no tea towel dirty dishes could only be left on bathroom sink to dry..
No toaster. I guess they expected us to eat in connected restaurant. Due to flight times impossible. General room was drab and dated. Price listed on google was incorrect and ended up paying much more. On main road. Busy traffic.. not a problem for me. No hot water in bathroom it was only warm.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here it was very noisy, and the fold down bed needs to be put in bin .Luckily, we were only there 1 night, but if looking for somewhere to relax and get relaxing nights, sleep before flying. This is not where to go was a waste of money. Photos are deceiving it would help if people left real reviews.

Convenient place to stay during a layover. We were very early and the lady at reception was excellent, allowing us to store our bags while we looked around and eventually when we returned, calling housekeeping to get our room ready and we were able to check in hours early. It was extremely hot and we were sweltering, and the customer service from all staff to get us into our room early for some relief was amazing. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. The road out front was busy and the motel is under a flight path into Brisbane airport, which was initially a worry as we had a room at the front of the motel facing the road. However, Brisbane is not really that busy a city and everything quietened down quite early. Also it's cheap, so I would recommend this place if you just need to stay somewhere for a night or two.

Great stay. Nice and close to the showgrounds for us. The only thing wS the hot water was cold the next morning. I guess due to others showering at same time maybe. Great that its pet friendly too.
