Surely the dress-up-in-armour-and wack-each-other-with-toy-swords people could find a hall not in the suburbs which is where this scout hall is located.
The shearing shed near government house would fit much better.

Is ok. Reasonable to rent out for events, however get it after the sca people have used it, as the scouts are not quite as perfectly clean.
