Zero customer service, we were invited to this place for a function. There was an empty table, we sat down and realised that there were no water and glass on the table. One of us went to the staff and told about the situation. What they told us was shocking and ridiculous at the same time. They told that that table was not booked. How come if you're renting the whole venue and the table is not booked So, they denied the request for water and glasses. Mind you, It is not even a restaurant, it's a party palace. Staff was so rude when addressing the issue. If you can't train your staff for hospitality don't hire. Typical problem of low wage paying businesses. I don't even blame the staff, I want to put the behaviour of a staff on management, clearly a case of no training. Businesses can run for money but before that you need to get the purpose of the business. Get your money making head out of your ass. To the staff who was rude to us, please don't work if you're not liking the job. If you're working for money then at least match the job description requirements.

We had an amazing experience at this place. Shish was very helpful and supportive to organise our function. We experience his special attention care and friendliness because he even check in to see how the reception was going on. The food was fresh and delicious as always. All the Guests gave a good compliment about the tasty food. We would highly recommend this place .

We had our daughters 16th Birthday Party here and we together with all our guest we’re really impressed with everything. From the start they were very receptive and negotiated with us to make our party a huge success.
All our guest were raving about everything from the facilities, staff and the very delicious food, they took care of every minor details which we would have missed otherwise.
A very big thank you to Santosh, Prabin, Shisher. Mona , Swastika and Prashamsa for making our night memorable , we will highly recommend them.

We dealt with Shish and he is a very nice and gentleman. His prompt response and soft spoken behaviour can definitely win anyone's heart. He is very understandable man. I want to say Thanks to him.

Santosh, the manager is very nice too. I was so busy and unable to eat, however Santosh approached me more than once and requested to eat, despite I told him that I am oaky but Santosh still encouraged me to taste at least little bit. We are very appreciate. Staff are so helpful. Even at the end of the night, one of the female staff helped me to carry my little baby.

Food are delicious. Never disappointed with food from Third eye/ Aiden. My guess loved the food. They said they normally eats only entrée but this time they ate enjoyed main meal too.

We will definitely choose Aiden in future again.

Been here few times and never disappoints with its elegence, good vibe and exceptional food! Situated in a convenient location, the place is pretty spacious and has a good crowd capacity. Abundant parking just across the street. The owners make you feel valued. They take great pride in what they do and the niche they have created with their "Third Eye" brand. Keep it up! Highly recommended!
