We stayed here one week and at first we thought the room was too small. It was so well thought through we continued to be impressed that every need was cared for above and beyond. Every single person providing service was stellar. Kind, thoughtful, and exceeding expectations. The coffee and food in the restaurant were delicious and generous. The location could not have been better. It's right at Darling Harbour - where our conference was held - and easy walking distance to a ferry station and an enjoyable walk to shopping and Circular Cay.
Looking forward to our next stay whether it be work or pure pleasure. Thank you!

Ok so my room is very small,
Only allocated for one person.
but all I need as I only in it for sleep/shower., my bed is very comfortable.
It’s all very clean. - the room - restaurant
Great location ! They have a Cole’s just across the road, very convenient.
Every staff member; friendly, polite ,They said hello every time I walked in., thank you to all the staff, your simple smiles of acknowledgment was enough to feel welcome.
I would absolutely recommend Aiden Hotel Darling Harbour.

I booked this hotel online but didn't pay much attention to the room space. The check in was smooth but got a bit surprised how squeezed the room was especially the bed area. Interestingly, the bathroom and toilet space was quite generous. The hotel location is just by the Darling Harbour closer to shopping areas like Westfield Mall and King's Street. The Hotel offers basic breakfast but very well prepared. Their coffee is to die for. The best part of the Hotel was the staff. The customer care was great and they were very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Vanier who was such a darling. The daily room cleaning was ok but could ahve been better. Other than the price that was a bit steep (like most things in Sydney), this is a place I would come back to.

Great location and well appointed hotel. We were assigned an accessible room. Our room was on the small side but was comfortable, fresh and modern. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful.
The hotel offers a reasonably priced a large carte breakfast. The location is unbeatable!

The room was stylish, cozy, and well-appointed with high-end amenities, including a Dyson hair dryer and a steamer. I particularly loved the Rituals bathroom amenities. Additionally, complimentary still and sparkling water is available for refill from in-house taps on each level. The staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and Pyrmont Bay as the closest tram station. A convenience store is also just down the road, along with scenic Darling Harbour. The on-site restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for socialization and relaxation, as well as a good selection of bar and breakfast menu options.

Me and my sister had a great stay at Aiden Hotel Darling Harbour in Sydney. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice touches like high-quality lotion and a Dyson hair dryer, which was a great bonus. I really liked the water and sparkling water stations on each floor—it was a great convenience. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to Darling Harbour and other attractions. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Aiden over two different occasions recently and their service and atmosphere were top notch! Location was prime, as I had to stay close to CBD.

Staff were very friendly and informative. The interior of the lounge/bar was stylish and rooms gave me a pleasant and comfortable vibe.

Small details like coffee pods, handwritten letter and chocolate were truly appreciated. I also liked that every room offered unlimited still and sparkling water, as I prefer having sparkling water usually.

Toilet amenities had a unique, luxury/soothing scent and I also liked the fact that the hair dryers were Dyson. In addition, I can’t complain about breakfast, as it pleased my picky taste buds.

Would definitely return when I visit Sydney again. Thank you, team Aiden.

Had a great time with friends here! Although the room has limited space but the amenities such as Dyson hairdryer, steamer and Rituals bathroom amenities which added an extra touch of luxury to the stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient which is close to the tram station, 24hrs convenience store just around the corner, and a short distance walk to Townhall.

I was so amazed by the water station on each floor that you can refill your bottle at any time. They also have a tap for sparkling water which is another bonus point for them!! Love it!
