I had a fantastic experience with Jackie.
She is so caring and did an amazing job on my lips. I was really worried about bruising as I got terrible bruising from somewhere else last time, but Jackie took her time and quickly noticed the prominent vein in my lip (that I didn’t even notice) and took extra care not to hit it, therefore I had zero bruising and amazing symmetrical lips. She was also hilarious, super friendly and non judgmental. She is very skilled, educated and has great passion for her work. Her bedside manner really went above and beyond to make me have a great time. I will definitely come back and recommend her to everyone! 😊🥰

I have know Terry for over 20 years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is absolutely amazing, professional, and up to date with all cosmetic procedures. Jackie is wonderful too, and is just as professional. It’s a wonderful clinic 5 stars isn’t enough . Thank you for making me look lovely 😘

I paid over $400 for a injectable treatment with Terry from Ageless Cosmetic Clinic. There was absolutely no change or improvement.
Although this was acknowledged and proven with photos Terry refused to refund my payment.
She also cancelled my review appointment with her despite saying it was essential to have. She accused me of bullying her when in fact she was the bully.
What unprofessional behaviour and outcome.
Basically threw $400 away which I cannot afford to do.
Planning to take this further!!

Ageless Cosmetic Bar is truly the best in the biz. They are the leading clinic in terms of results driven performance, expertise, know-how, and professionalism. They offer a wide range of services that are not yet on offer anywhere else in Cairns, and you would normally have to travel to the Gold coast for. Plus - Terry is an absolute fire cracker. She is witty, hilarious and such a vibe, she brings an energy to the appointments that just make everything so much more fun. 10/10

I have recently seen Terry for plasmage treatment, and she is nothing short of a magician 😁. I was a little nervous but Terry was professional enough to see that I was, and honestly knew how to make me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Terry followed up the treatment every few days and I am in shock at how amazing it has turned out. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, and believe me I have tried many skin specialists in Cairns. Terry is an absolute goddess and true professional.. I walked in a said make me gorgeous and she said “I’m not going to make you all shiny, just enhance your face.” The trust was there straight away and talked me through my anxieties.. The clinic is beautiful and her glamorous and personality adds to the experience of feeling beautiful and looked after.. highly recommend Terry!
