The massages are amazing, the gym and day spa staff are friendly and do everything they can to help you and make your experience enjoyable! It's boutique yet very family friendly. Great extras like the sauna and pool. Great instructors for group classes. I love that they use products that are organic, vegan and locally made. They really have thought of everything!

So disappointed. I have been going to Advanced Skin Spa for eyelash refills for the last 6 months. I have been very happy with their service. Today I had a conflicting appointment with my next lash fill appointment so I called to change the appointment. Turns out I wasn't even down for an appointment even though I have been going every 3 weeks for the last 6 months and always book the next one while I am there. So, she made a new appointment for me and then asked for a 25% deposit. I only paid a deposit the first time I booked and have never been asked for a deposit since. I told her that and she said they always require a deposit. So, I said you have my card on file because I paid a deposit the first time. She said give me the number again anyway. I then asked her if they would have paid me for losing the appointment I had. She didn't say anything. So, I said "You know what, cancel my appointment. I will go where the company will want my business". She hung up! Guess they never did want my business.

Update: They did get back to me and the manager handled the entire situation with tact and professionalism. Thank you.

Had a medipeel, wax and eyelash tint with Advanced Beauty at Ettalong a couple of weeks ago and have been to their old place at Woy Woy a few times before that and every time has been fantastic. My skin looks great and hydrated. The staff there are very polite and friendly. They are very generous with their products when using in conjuncture with the facials and you come away feeling extremely pampered and refreshed! Could not rate them higher! I will not be going anywhere else for my beauty needs or advice – thanks guys!

The best spa experience you can get in NSW - stress literally melts away when you walk in! The staff can't do enough for you, and their service is second to none.
