Room was very spacious, booked a queen one bedder but got a two bedroom apartment.
Great location, walking distance to nice pubs/restaurants.

Only negatives were the room had a strong odour of curry that lingered for the the 2 night stay and I got charged $10 per night extra at check in for parking because I didn't make the booking directly through them (booked via trivago).

I took my parents down to Canberra for Floriade, we stayed at the Adina Apartments in a fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was accessible by Lift from the car park which was ideal. Clean and spacious.
And we dined at a restaurant 5 minutes from the apartment, which was very handy.

Great location, but rooms are desperate for a refresh. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, just needs a few things fixed like the shower head and kitchen cupboard doors. Dryer could also use an upgrade as the bathroom was covered in lint. There was a family with young kids above us for a couple of nights and we heard all their movements. Location is the biggest draw card.

The accommodation location was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were in general nice. Just had a few issues with stains on the sofa and food craps left underneath that were missed by cleaning staff. This is not great when you have small kids.

Overall it wasn't a bad stay and the staff members were always really responsive which was great. Location was also good. Good walking distance to many cafes and even a few good parks for the kids. However, in our room there were a few stains on the towels. blankets & sheets and noticeable finger marks on the back of the kitchen that just make the place feel not entirely clean. There was also no baking tray, tongs and egg flipper (spatula) in the kitchen which defeated the whole purpose of having a kitchen to cook with. We did ask for some more utensils during our stay and we got just the egg flipper. The air conditioner also did not work in one of the rooms which meant it was FREEZING during the night and we ended up dragging the matresses out in the lounge room to sleep each night to stay warm. It also was never explained that housekeeping only came every 3 days. On day 2 we had to ask when our room would be cleaned/ bins would be emptied / more toilet paper etc and only then we were notified a service happens every 3 days. Once we asked, house keeping came straight away and replaced towels/emptied bins etc so the response was great but I don't feel like we ever had our room formerly cleaned during our 4 night stay.

Indoor pool area is very run down, sauna not working, toilets and showers unclean and pool bottom in serious need of a repaint. Otherwise pool water clean, apartments nice and clean and location ideal hence four stars. Staff not very knowledgeable so maybe not usually there.

Spent a long weekend with the family at the Adina. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment & was upgraded to a 3 bedroom at no cost (excellent).|The apartment had an aged kitchen (still had everything anyone could need), a modernised bathroom/laundry & a spacious living/dining area. The balcony was large & the area (like most of Canberra) is quiet.|Within walking distance in Kingston there are many dining options & a few minutes walk in the opposite direction there are many more options in Manuka.|Would def recommend for families.

Reception hours are 9am to 6pm so it is very difficult to get service after hours when your actually in the apartment. Had to wait in the cold for meal as no access for UbaEats etc after 6pm. Could not access guest internet & maintenance not available after 4pm. Arrived late evening and very little lighting to safely navigate steps etc with suitcases. Too bad if your in a wheelchair because there is no accessubility. Only one lift for 200 odd apartments to each floor but steps thereafter. Access to shower a trip hazard waiting to happen.
