Loved this hotel. Staff wee delightful - one of the nicest check-in experiences I’ve ever had. Our room was a great size including a big bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and laundry facilities. Pool and gym, plus car parking on site. Reasonably priced too. Ticks every box!

For a weekend getaway in the heart of Wollongong CBD, Adina Apartments delivered on all fronts. Our spacious room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with a generous balcony, a well-equipped kitchen (including a washer and dryer), and reliable internet that was easy to connect to.||While the pool was a bit too chilly for a swim, the spa and sauna more than made up for it – a perfect way to unwind. For those looking to stay active, there’s even a gym, though it’s more of a ‘small art installation’ than a full-fledged fitness centre.||The location is ideal, with fantastic restaurants and cafes just a 100m stroll away, and a short 650m walk to both the beach esplanade and Westfield shopping centre. It’s truly a central hub for enjoying everything Wollongong has to offer.||Shoutout to Walter at reception – his warm welcome set the tone for our stay.||Parking bays were a bit tight for larger vehicles, and the $15 per day parking fee could be waived for hotel guests, but these were just minor niggles, not really issues.||We’ll definitely be back!

We Just wanted to express our most heartfelt appreciation to Michelle from Adina hotel Wollongong for looking after us so well recently with our booking

We had multiple changes due to timing and personal family reasons and at all times Michelle demonstrated outstanding customer service, patience and most importantly, took time to listen and was extremely caring and understanding of our situation.

What resonates most with us is the fact that in a very short space of time Michelle achieved what so many hotels fail to do and that is to make us feel so highly valued as customers.

The levels of engagement , genuine care and the service we received was not only exemplary but will remain with us and be long lasting and this has now guaranteed that we will be advocates of this hotel and its staff now and into the future.

Rooms are huge, services at the front desk was good.

Internet access dropped out at midnight twice in a4 day stay, which meant watching something via Chrome cast on the tv gotta finish before 12

We have stayed a number of times, its always a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. A great location, the footy stadium is just around the corner and a great selection of restaurants all within a block.

The team at Adina Wollongong went above and beyond in caring for my daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren during a family tragedy. Their kindness, empathy, and exceptional service provided immense comfort during such a difficult time. We are deeply grateful for their genuine care and support, which made all the difference. Unfortunately I left a trench coat in the wardrobe. I emailed a few hours after checking out to inform the hotel and called the next day as I had not heard back. I was advised by the front desk that noone was checked into room at that time, so I was put on hold while they went to check the room. Front desk advised that my coat was not in the room and noted that they would follow up with house keeping to check and get back to me. I did not hear back as promised, so I followed up again with another call to confirm. I was then given a different story, that the room is occupied and they are unable to check currently and house keeping was unable to find the coat.
The dishonesty from the staff is extremely disappointing and worrisome would not recommend this hotel.

Adina staff were excellent. We were late checking in as we had been through a very exhausting & stressful day. They upgraded us to a suite & sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend.
