My partner and I stayed recently for 7 nights. We had a studio room on Level 1. Cannot fault the room, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom is a little small but the shower is a good size. When balcony door was closed it was very quiet. The only small issue we had was with a smoker on the balcony in the adjoining room. It made it hard to leave the door open for fresh air at night. The issue was reported and the butts cleaned up from the balcony, but it happened again. I think there needs to be more signage in room to say it is a non-smoking hotel, and it should be enforced somehow. The staff were lovely and supportive when it was reported. Otherwise, the facilities were clean, the pool area was lovely, reception always looked good. The location is great, Bills Restaurant right next door, Harris Farm Markets downstairs, IGA and bottle shop across the road, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, the beach at the end of Hall St, you couldn't ask for more. Can highly recommend this hotel, and we will return!

Location! Location! Location! I loved the spa after walking 22,000 steps! The room was clean with a nice comfortable bed. The restaurant next door to the Adina, Bills, I would recommend it,too! The Bondi beach is 2 blocks away,too! Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and foggy, I enjoyed my walk on the beach! I recommend this place!

I normally stay here at the adina Bondi as a regular due to the fact my parents live here in Bondi so I come to see the regularly. But this time I booked a 1 bed room apartment and I was charged for a 1 bed room but got given a disabled suite!!! Not happy… as we had my son with us in the same room. And we paid for a 1 bedroom but got downgraded but not given a refund or compensation for the downgrade. Absolutely disgusting service. They didn’t even want to talk about it and the guy went out the back when I tried to talk to him. They had a regular but I’m no longer staying here. At all….

Brilliant apartment Hotel in the centre of bondi beach 200m from the beach. Amazing location. The room is great (stayed in the studio) was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Kitchen is equipped with small fridge microwave and tea/coffee making facilities and the hotel supply good quality tea and coffee. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. Very friendly staff and well maintained pool and facilities

Great location, can be a little noisy, rooms were really nice - we had a 1 bed with lounge. The ladies at the front desk were all really friendly and smiley, the guys not so much! We did not feel welcomed when we arrived for our 5 night stay. But still a great place to be.

Really nice hotel with modern & spacious rooms, incredibly friendly & helpful staff, and great amenities (pool, spa, gym, etc; the pool & spa area especially has a really nice ambience to it).

The only one downside I can think of is that the view (at least from the room I was staying in) was just of the grocery store & bottle shop across the road (leaving the room somewhat visible to outsiders looking in), and it could be slightly noisy at peak times, on certain nights.

Everything else about the hotel more than made up for it, though (especially the incredibly short walk to said grocery store & nearby Bondi Beach), and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

I had quite a pleasant experience when I was there for City2Surf weekend 2022. Excellent location in Hall St with a cellar door across the road, Harris Farm market next door and plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Very short walk to the beach! ? I had a small narrow studio room that I found very comfortable for one. It would have been a little cramped for two. I made use of the lovely warm Jacuzzi on several occasions. There is a narrow gym with 4 treadmills. Both the pool and gym are on the ground floor. The lounge in the reception area is warm and cozy and a convenient place to meet up with friends before heading out. The staff were all friendly and I appreciated an early check in because a room was available. The bed was comfortable and the shower head/spray great! (Always a plus I think!) Given the size of the room a little expensive.
Stayed again for 2023 C2S and was disappointed the spa was not working?

2024 Staying here with my son. Very, very expensive 2 small bedroom apartment with one room having an ensuite but can’t fault the location. Lots of new apartments are being built around this whole area so bit of an industrial zone in Hall St. The staff, as usual, are extremely pleasant. The spa is working so I’m very happy! 4.5⭐️
