4 star hotel but the housekeeping service is really bad! I overlooked the issues like the leaking shower, dirty carpet because the room is quite nice and the location is quite good. BUT it was only really clean on the first day of check in, the housekeeping staff did not vacuum the room, there was still trash, even the tissue box was COMPLETELY EMPTY they still did not put new tissue in for the guests. Need to train the housekeeping staff because I feel disrespected ?

Update: After feedback, the hotel has been more receptive and cleaned the room better. I appreciate this feedback and am satisfied ?

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were immaculate. The location is unbeatable, and the cool decor with cactus accents adds a unique vibe. The photos truly don’t do it justice—this place exceeded all expectations. Book it, and you won’t be disappointed!

An average hotel in a decent location. The staff were were friendly and accommodating, especially requesting to move rooms. The rooms smell musky, which I believe is coming from the carpets. A good deep chemical clean with better ventilation and it could be ok.

I book a Triple Room (A Room with a Triple Single Bed). The room is great and the Hotel is at the great location at Sydney. It's 10 minute walk to Hyde Park and Westfield. It's also near a lots of great restaurant and minimarket. It's also near a Bus Station.

The room itself is great , clean , there's also a balcony and comes with a decent view. There's also a Guest Laundry and Drying Service.

All in all considering the location , and the room comes with a Triple Single Bed , it's a great value.

Stayed here for a few nights a couple of weeks ago, can't say I'd go back.
This place was something out of willy wonka, I swear walking down the hallways they somehow got smaller... Then I got to my room and thought I walked into the storage closet. I did have a lovely window though that looked directly into the other room 3 metres across from me, Closing those curtains forever.
Went for a shower before heading out on the beers and the thing barely spat on me, no worries just grab a little body wash from the dispenser... Nope, empty, had to use my own stuff! what a rip.
Get back from beers and go for snooze but even that's cooked too. The pillow is bloody three feet high and would give you scoliosis! Asked the front desk if they had anything smaller and he said 'they were only 3 months old'. Mate I asked for a reasonable human sized pillow, not thier date of manufacture.
Tried to charge me $4 for a bottle of water so I grabbed a coffee from the Cafe down stairs. I watched her mess up the grind so bad it drip fed my shot for over a minute which meant I threw that terribleness in the bin.
I drove out of that teeny tiny car park as fast as I could.
Staff were nice though.

I had such a beautiful experience at this hotel, the staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and I adored the black out curtains.
The location is perfect, it is walking distance to Oxford street, central and public transport.

Something different to be honest. Typical (boring) business trip so I'm glad a booked something with more vibe and colour. Great service from everyone at the hotel. I will recommend to others. Good location, comfy bed and nice shower too!
