We styed here twice at the beginning and end of our South Australian trip. We stayed in a Clocktower suite and met with a friend who stayed in an M Club room. Both rooms were excellent. The suite is divided into separate living and sleeping areas and has a lovely outlook. Being on the corner made it very light and open with good views. The M Club room was open plan but also very spacious and well laid out.|We loved the M Club. At the end of a sightseeing day it was perfect for a few hours of r and r. The local wines served were good, the food varied daily and all the staff were excellent. The breakfast there was equally good.|The hotel location was a great base. It is new and modern but has character with art works etc.|We would happily return.

I visit Adelaide almost every year. And as a Marriott loyalist, I’ve been waiting for this hotel to open. Boy did it not disappoint!

The location is perfect, smacked right on Victoria square, the heart of the heart of Adelaide - walkable to the Central Market, the Rundle Mall, and the Glenelg tram is 10 steps away.

The hotel is compact but extremely well designed and convenient. Everything is just right, the lamps, the bed, the bathroom, etc.

The staffs are really friendly and chatty. Sarah in the club lounge gave us some recommendations of places to visit around town. Other staffs in the lounge were very helpful as well.

Breakfast in the lounge has limited choices. I’d recommend going to the main buffet instead. The afternoon/evening snacks in the lounge however, were nice and portions are extremely generous - biggest slice of chocolate cake I’ve ever seen in a buffet.

All in all, 10/10 for the price. Much much much better than the Mayfair up the street

Beautiful brand new hotel. I spent 5 days here in June 2025 and was exceptional. Everything I request fulfilled perfectly. Felt like a luxury experience much more expensive than what it is. Thank you for a relaxing and top notch stay.

A new and very opulent hotel. Great staff at reception and check out. Beds extremely comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The gentleman who treated us when we arrived with our car at the doors was very friendly and helpful with luggage on arrival and check out. The restaurant and bar staff were also very polite and friendly and make a great cocktail. We were lucky enough to have the beef Wellington at the hotel restaurant which was one of the best I have ever had and the chef came out and talked to us and explain the ingredients and how it was cooked. |We enjoyed the M Club also where Justin and Samantha were very friendly, attentive and made this a highlight of the stay. Breakfast was also very eloquent in the M Club with the staff again very helpful and friendly. Both times in the lounge the staff could not do enough for us. Will be returning in 3 weeks and can’t wait. Overall a wonderful experience.

Stayed for work for two nights on a Friday and Saturday night. It’s a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and everything you need in the rooms. Service was good throughout too. The one downside was the lack of soundproofing for the rooms facing the internal courtyard and bar next door which played loud thumping music til around midnight each night.

Only stayed one night, but really impressed with the rooms and service. The design of the room is spacious and we had a terrific view, plus clever design features like the wardrobe being accessed from both the bathroom and living area. Gym was new and had a good range. Breakfast was impressive and I had a very good omelette and they tracked down a wonderful cold brew coffee for me. Staff were so helpful.

Just had breakfast at the buffet, We were hosted by Thisuri who was amazing. Very professional and knew exactly what we wanted. Clearly knows her department very well and should be praised for her work.

Breakfast was amazing but cooled down quickly, as per usual. But would highly recommend the fried rice and pancakes. Overall a really high quality breakfast.

It was a pleasant surprise for me to enjoy my stay as much as what I did. After reading some reviews I was hesitant but found the service and hotel standard to be 5 star.
The best feature of this hotel is the location, being 5 minutes walk from anything you'd want to go to within the cbd.
Staff were welcoming, fast and serviced all my weird and wonderful requests with warmth.
I think I'll be making this my regular hotel when I'm in town now.
